Those Who Are In Christ Jesus are No Longer Under Law

~ “For Christ is the end of the law, to bring righteousness to everyone who believes.” Romans 10:4

~ There is nothing new under the sun. Bob answered so many questions that are still asked today. In fact, many of the lies are doubled down on by people teaching the lies of Satan. For the enemy doesn’t want you to know that you have been set Free. He would much rather keep you under the bondage of sin and death, while at the same time, he pushes the evils on all the world as though just about ALL sins are promoted left and right to all the people of the world. It’s gotten so bad, that there are even laws on the books that says it is unlawful to call something sin in the workplace. And we all know what that is about. Yet the false gospel churches are preaching messages of condemnation, and keeping yourself forgiven based on what you do or don’t do. Everything is reversed when you think about it. The government calls things acceptable and good that are sin and evil, and Satan’s ministers teach the Lie of not being free in Christ Jesus, and that a person must obey the Law in order to either be saved or remain saved.

And hardly anyone wants to speak up and tell it as it is. They are too afraid of being called out by the world, and too afraid of losing their friends at church when they speak the TRUTH that “God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself and is NO longer counting any sins against anyone today.” So they simply sit on the sidelines and say nothing to nobody about anything, and are even afraid to suggest that someone might not be saved. Is that truly loving another person? Is it loving to sit by and let a person go to hell because we were afraid to ask them what their understanding of salvation is? Or is it Loving to make sure they are in Christ Jesus, and present to them the truth of the gospel message? We are to be bold in Christ and share the message of TRUTH as we ought to.

“Pray in the Spirit at all times, with every kind of prayer and petition. To this end, stay alert with all perseverance in your prayers for all the saints. Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will boldly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it fearlessly, as I should.” Ephesians 6:18-20

Consider having a Bible study yourself and teaching one or two others the Truth of the word of God. Those with ears, they will want to hear. We have many excellent Bible study books that are very easy to use that involve simply reading the word of God and answering the questions provided. The answers themselves are right there in the word of God.

A caller asked a question about legalism.
Bob responds:

“Well, Legalism is being under the law Art, and a believer has been freed from the law so that we can serve in a newness of life, it talks about, and that’s being led by the Spirit. And it says those who are led by the Spirit are of God, are sons of God. And if you’re led by the Spirit, you’re not under the law, which means, if you are under the law, you can’t be led by the Spirit. You have the law, the 10 Commandments, where the law is called the first five books of the Bible in the Old Testament, and that is referred to in the Bible as a pentateuch and and that is the law of Moses. And though and the Hebrews followed the law of Moses throughout their entire life, right up into the teaching of Christ. And Christ came and in essence, defined what the purpose of that law was. And basically it was there to it was not made, we’re told, for the righteous, but for the unrighteous, for the law breakers. And it was made for the purpose, so that we would become conscience of sin, because no man will ever be declared righteous in the sight of God until imputed righteousness through Christ, Jesus. And so, as it says in the scripture, what was the purpose of the law. It was added because of transgressions until so when you have an until you have a before and after, until the seed. And that’s Jesus to whom the promise referred, the promise of what salvation by faith alone had come. But the Scripture declares that the whole world as a prisoner of sin. That means we’re born into this world as a prisoner in prison, behind bars, and so that what was promised being given through faith in Christ, Jesus might be given to those who believe. And before this faith came, before Jesus came to this earth, and then later on, before you became a child of God, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ so that we might be justified by faith. Because if I don’t set aside, he said, the righteousness of God if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing. If he doesn’t set aside the grace of God, the law can’t justify you. No man will ever be declared righteous in the sight of God through observing the law, the law cannot give you life. It says, if a law had been given that could impart life righteousness, would have come by the law. The law can’t do anything except kill you, but that’s what prepares you for salvation. Is the law shows you you’re a sinner, and the law shows you that there is a consequence to sin called death. And you are dead. You are in you’re born into this world, unto that condemnation of death, and therefore in need of life. And the only life available to us is the resurrected life of Christ, Jesus, Buddha can’t give you life. Muhammad can’t give you life. Moses can’t give you life. Nobody can give you life, except the resurrected, living Christ, not being narrow minded. That’s just the way God had to do. There was no one else whose blood was of such quality that it was able to take away the sins of the world a sacrifice worthy of taking away the sins of the entire world from the eyes of God. Throughout all eternity, the only blood worthy of that was Jesus, the only life that was available to us that was of such value that God could use that life to impart to us and to give us life eternal, so that we too can walk one of these days into the presence of God, calling him Daddy, Father, and in the meantime, to be declared children of the living God saved. So you’ve got to die to what killed you so that you can come alive to what saved you. And so there’s many, many Christians who are walking under the law, not realizing that the Bible says that if you do, you’re under a curse. And whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at one point is guilty of breaking all of it. And I don’t think anyone would be too anxious to stand before God saying, I kept the law perfectly. But you see, we say, well, you don’t have to. Yes, you do, because that’s the perfection of God. God does isn’t a 99.9% God. He’s 100% God, and in order to enter into His presence, you have to be 100% righteous. And the only way that you’re ever going to do that is when you go into the presence of God clothed in the 100% Righteous One. And that’s Christ, Jesus, clothed in his righteousness, not ours. So I hope that helps, brother.” ~ Bob George
