Quit Sinning Against The Knowledge of TRUTH

~ When you come across people that are so deceived into thinking they continually get their sins forgiven today, you know they don’t have a clue of what the Truth of the cross really is. And quite frankly, most of these, the overwhelming majority of the so called Christian world is dead in their unbelief. They are lost, they are NOT saved. They do not have the Holy Spirit living in them for life. And no it is not wrong to say that. It’s just that Satan and the fallen angels don’t want you to share the truth of the word of God. They want the people that are dead, thinking they are saved when they are NOT saved. They want the lies to be continually taught. And they want you to be quiet and not speak TRUTH. And if you do teach the truth of the word of God, you yourself will face persecution. And consider that an honor. On the other hand, if you are not facing hostility to the Truth of the word of God about the finality of the cross, then there is a good chance you are not even sharing Truth with people. You might be saved, but you are keeping truth all to yourself. You’re not willing to be on the front lines. However, we are to do the will of God today. We are to be available to the Holy Spirit to be used by Him. And the will of God is that no one should perish. And how are people going to change their minds, unless someone tells them the truth of the word of God. Look around today, there are lost people everywhere. They are deceived beyond measure, with their religious upbringings. And it is obvious to each of us who are in Christ and are in tune with the Holy Spirit of God. For the Holy Spirit is always teaching our spirit and renewing our minds about Truth. And the Truth begins with Jesus and the finality of the cross. IT IS FINISHED! Share the message of total forgiveness with others. Let the chips fall where they may, but be bold in the proclamation of the Truth of the word of God. Your Sins Have Been (past tense) at the cross!

~ If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God. Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace? ^{Hebrews 10:26-29}

What about 1 John 1:9

~ Well, Doc, yeah, there are other people. But I’ll tell you, the vast majority of people are still into this first John one nine, if they were Hebrews, they would still be doing the Day of Atonement, I’ve had the table not been destroyed. And if they were Catholics and still be going to the confession booth, all of that is all the same. It’s and I’ll tell you there is some very dangerous, dangerous verbiage in Hebrews 10 that deals with that. And it says if we deliberately keep on sinning, after we received the knowledge of truth, before you receive the knowledge of truth, you can’t be held accountable for that. If this is a person rebelliously continuing keep on sending What is he mean? What is he sending against the knowledge of truth? What is the knowledge of truth he’s sitting against? It just got through saying a few verses earlier, their sins and lawless acts, I will remember no more. And were these have been not will be have been forgiven, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins. In other words, there’s a New Covenant, a covenant of grace that was ushered in at the death of Christ Jesus. And that covenant of grace is I’ve taken away your sins, I’m not dealing with mankind on the basis of sins. Today, I’m dealing with him on the basis of new life. And the only sin attributable to man is the sin of unbelief in Christ Jesus, the world’s sin is unbelief in Jesus. That’s the only sin that could not be forgiven, it has to be repented of. When you repent of sins, you have to say, I don’t believe what I’ve been taught anymore. I believe what truth of what the Bible says. Now, once you listen to this, because you pass it on. It says that you continue doing your first John one nines and you continue going back to your confession booths, and you continue going back to your days of atonement after he received the knowledge of truth. There is no sacrifice for sins left. And the only thing that you have to look forward to is the expectation of judgment, and the raging fire that will consume the enemies of God. That is very strong language. And what it is saying as long as you’re gonna continue out of both sides of your mouth, saying, Jesus took away the sins of the whole world, he had to die and bleed and died to do that, but I have to keep myself forgiven. You have never ever come to Him by faith. If once you hear you may have come to Him by faith, but if you now have heard the truth of the finality of the cross, and you deliberately keep on sinning against that, the Bible indicates that you’re not saved. And all you have to look forward to is the raging fire of hell. It says in other words, anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony or two or three witnesses. How much more severely Do you think a man deserves to be punished? who has trampled the Son of God underfoot treat treated as an unholy thing, the blood of the cabinet that sanctified Him and who has insulted the Spirit of grace? The cross was an exam was a total outcry of the Spirit of grace Doc as you know, and what word I absolutely and when we are spitting in his face saying do He says, I don’t believe you’d got them all. And you’re going to now now I’m going to put me into the equation. Just like people put me into the equation of salvation. I gotta be baptized, that’s putting man into the equation of what only God can do. And now I’m putting myself into the equation of forgiveness. That yes, you forgave me, but I have to keep short accounts with God. But I have to spiritually breathe, but I have to keep confessing my sins, or I’ll be out of fellowship. The issue is, where in the world do you read the Bible about being in out of fellowship? Alright, in the Bible, you’re in the fellowship saved or out of the fellowship lost. – Bob George

And what about the so called phrase of you have to be sorry for your sin.

Well, where does it say that in the Scripture, don’t find it? Yeah, you see, Doc, all of this teaching. I want to tell you though, this teaching that is out there, in my opinion, this passage in Hebrews is unbelievably convicting. And I believe that with all my heart, I know people, and they are deliberately they’re angry, they call us heretics. And in my opinion, they are deliberately sinning against the the knowledge of truth that is just gave us the knowledge of truth, their sins, and lawless acts, I’ll remember no more. And where these have been forgiven, there’s no more sacrifice. Well, without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sin, there is no more shedding of blood, so there is no more forgiveness. And that’s why when you’re treating Christ’s sacrifice with contempt, absolutely, you’re treating it says, As an unholy thing, the blood of the cabinet that sanctified him and insulted the Spirit of grace. And so I have, oh, through the ages, I become very dogmatic on this situation, because I think there’s a lot of people who are lost as a goose out there coming out with all their verbiage, Christian verbiage, but have never put faith in what Christ did at the cross. Now, if I can’t believe Jesus, for what I could have stood at the end of the cross and seen him do, how do we think we’re gonna believe Him for His indwelling life? Yeah, I mean, to me, it’s just heretical. So I think there’s a lot of people out there that are teaching not only are teaching false doctrine, but are listening to it. But one thing I do know is when people hear the truth, and they do hear and receive the knowledge of truth, they’re never going to go back to that. We’re standing alone, listen to what it says about that. And just see, if you’ve been teaching this, you know exactly what you’ve gone through. Remember, it says, verse 32, in the early days after you’d receive the light when you stood your ground, in a great contest and face of suffering, sometimes you are publicly exposed to insult and persecution. At other times you stood side by side with those who were so treated. you sympathize with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property because you knew that you yourself had better and lasting possessions. So you don’t throw away your confidence, it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere, so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he is promised. For in just a little while he was coming will come and will not delay, but by righteous one, but the righteous one will live by faith. And if he shrinks back, I won’t be pleased with him. But we are not those who shrink back and are destroyed, see and destroyed. But those who believe and are saved, please don’t tell me that you believed or put faith in the cross of Christ when you’re still asking him to do what in Christ is already accomplished. I’m sorry, that is not faith. – Bob George
