Your Sins Have Been Forgiven by God!

~ Shout it from the rooftops, “God is NOT counting your sins against you!” He took upon himself all your sins at the cross, never to see them again. He took upon himself, the sins of the entire world, so that in him (all that come to faith in Him, and his completed forgiveness at the cross), he gives His Spirit, the Holy Spirit to you for eternal Life. Forgiveness is NOT something you get, it’s the person of Jesus you receive, and in Him, you have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. This message is a life changing message to all who believe. And if a person does not believe that truth, they are still dead, in their unbelief and the uncircumcision of their heart. Today, do not be like those that refused to obey God, like the Hebrews in the desert, whereby they died before anyone entered the promised land. Take the message of God is not counting your sins against you and place faith in it. Don’t let Satan tell you otherwise. Don’t listen to his agents of death today, for there are many many people that refuse to obey the Truth of the word of God. Don’t be like the Catholic, that goes to a priest over and over again to get their sins forgiven. Don’t be like the Protestant that asks God repeatedly over and over again to do what he has already done. Both the Catholic and the Protestant are believing the lies of ongoing forgiveness sold by Satan to the masses. Instead, thank God for his forgiveness that is yours in Christ Jesus. Place faith in Jesus and His finished work on the cross. Your sins have been forgiven by God!!!

~ so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him. ^{Hebrews 9:28}

~ In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. ^{Hebrews 9:22}

~ that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. ^{2 Corinthians 5:19fo}

~ “Well, first of all, Billy, he isn’t talking to us. He’s talking to the disciples in between the period of His resurrection and ultimately when the day of Pentecost would occur. There’s a lot of misinterpretation in that passage when it says receive the Holy Spirit or said he breathed on them. The literal Greek on that as he took a deep breath. It’s not that some people look at that and so they go breathing on people so that they will receive the Spirit But it’s merely he just took a breath. And it’s kind of like to be it’s almost with frustration. And he said, received the Holy Spirit. Now did they receive the Spirit when he said receive it? No, the Holy Spirit wasn’t received until the day of Pentecost. And, and because Jesus hadn’t even been glorified at that point. So, so no one received the Spirit of God until the day of Pentecost. So this was a future event that was going to take place. Then when he says, For if you forgive their sins, they are forgiven. Again, lost in translation, it’s the literal translation is if you forgive sins, it’s because they have been forgiven. And if you don’t forgive them, it’s because they haven’t been forgiven. And so in other words, the apostles were given the authority to carry out truth that had been established in heaven. Now, today, do we have the same privilege to say to a person that your sins are forgiven? Absolutely. Why? Because they are. They are forgiven, because we know they are forgiven in Christ Jesus. So they’re not forgiven, because we forgive them. We say that you forgive anyone their sins, it’s because they are already forgiven. And if you do not forgive them, it’s because they’re not forgiven. Now, are we able to say to a person, that the only sin that is Unforgiven is the sin of the rejection of Christ Jesus? Do we have the authority to do that? Absolutely. Why? Well, because it’s been bound in heaven. That’s truth, it’s bound in heaven, and therefore we have the total, right, and the privilege of communicating that in total authority to the world, do we have the authority and the privilege of saying to a person, that God was in Christ and reconciling you into himself and not counting your sins against you? Absolutely. Why? Because that truth has been bound in heaven. So he was, he was merely saying to the apostles, that in between this time of my resurrection, and in between the time of Pentecost, that you have the total privilege of telling people about the forgiveness of sins. And that was accomplished for you at the cross.” ~ Bob George

“But in fact the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, since the new covenant is established on better promises.” ^{Hebrews 8:6}
