~ Shout it from the rooftops, “God is NOT counting your sins against you!” He took upon himself all your sins at the cross, never to see them again. He took upon himself, the sins of the entire world, so that in him (all that come to faith in Him, and his completed forgiveness at the cross), he gives His Spirit, the Holy Spirit to you for eternal Life. Forgiveness is NOT something you get, it’s the person of Jesus you receive, and in Him, you have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. This message is a life changing message to all who believe. And if a person does not believe that truth, they are still dead, in their unbelief and the uncircumcision of their heart. Are We Supposed to Pray The Lord’s Prayer Today?

~ The Lord’s Prayer was answered by the Father when Jesus prayed it as an example of how to pray. Yet today, people repeat the prayer over and over and over again, the Catholic’s saying it with their rosary beads and in their masses, and the Protestants repeat it also in their services as though they think God is pleased with us when we say the Lord’s prayer again and again. Most people never really give a second thought to what they are doing and what they are saying. They don’t have a clue that Jesus taught under the Old Covenant, and certainly don’t understand that the New Covenant began at His death on the cross. In fact, most stop at the wrong place with the Lord’s prayer in itself and don’t even know what the ending of it really is, nor do they understand the warning of what forgiveness was like under the old covenant. Synopsis

Many callers, as they are growing in Christ, as we all are, have questions. If you have been in Christ for some time now, there are certain questions that are commonly asked, which if you do not understand the context or the difference between law and grace or the difference between the Old Covenant and the New Covenant, some passages might be confusing to you.

This is certainly true of those who grew up under some kind of religious teaching where foundational truths were not taught. Oftentimes people are taught to memorize certain passages of scripture as a child, such as through an AWANA program or some other church program for youth. The problem with scripture memory is if the passages before and after a memory verse are not read, or not understood in its context, false teaching occurs.
