Only in Jesus is Life Found Jesus Gives Life to The Dead

Classic Christianity – Resurrection Life – 9-02-26

~ Salvation is the impartation of eternal Life, and that Life is found exclusively in Jesus Christ Himself, the sole Giver of Life. Jesus declared in John 14:6 that He is the way, the truth, and the life. There is no other source from which this Life can be drawn. No amount of works will do. No amount of self-righteous behavior will do. To receive this gift, a person must come to Him freely and put aside ALL independent religious traditions and belief systems. These man-made frameworks offer no true spiritual vitality. A person must abandon their own efforts and stand exclusively in His total Propitiation that was done at the cross. Through His death, Jesus provided forgiveness for everyone. However, while the cross removed the barrier of sin, true salvation is the actual reception of His resurrected Life. It is only when a person places Faith in Him that He gives you His Holy Spirit Life. As 1 John 5:11-12 testifies, whoever has the Son has life, and whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. Salvation is passing from death into eternal life by being filled with the very Spirit of the resurrected Christ.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

The Willful Sin

Classic Christianity – Moving Towards Mount Zion – Part 2 – 9-01-26

~ “Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with every good thing to do His will. And may He accomplish in us what is pleasing in His sight through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.” Hebrews 13:20,21

The Willful Sin: Unmasking the Lie of Self-Cleansing Religion

The “willful sin” warned of in Hebrews 10:26 is one of the most tensed and misunderstood passages under the firmament dome. For generations, the religious matrix has weaponized this verse to keep seekers trapped in a state of constant psychological panic, claiming that any behavioral slip-up or moral failure after salvation cancels your redemption.

But when we put this passage under our un-inverted Socratic lens, a devastating courtroom-grade warning is revealed to those who are actively denying the finished work of Jesus.

⚠️ The Warning: Crucifying the Son of God Afresh

When a person is shown the Truth of the completed covenants, yet insists on operating under “ongoing repentance” loops, daily confession rituals, or mechanical prayer cleansings to “stay right” with God, they are committing the ultimate courtroom offense:

  • Begging for what is already paid: By begging for recurring forgiveness of debts that have already been legally liquidated, they declare that the Goel’s once-for-all sacrifice was insufficient.

Mount Zion

Classic Christianity – Moving Towards Mount Zion – Part 1 – 8-31-26

~ Hebrews 12:18-29
For you have not come to a mountain that can be touched and that is burning with fire; to darkness, gloom, and storm; to a trumpet blast or to a voice that made its hearers beg that no further word be spoken. For they could not bear what was commanded: “If even an animal touches the mountain, it must be stoned.” The sight was so terrifying that even Moses said, “I am trembling with fear.”

Instead, you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to myriads of angels in joyful assembly, to the congregation of the firstborn, enrolled in heaven. You have come to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.

See to it that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if the people did not escape when they refused Him who warned them on earth, how much less will we escape if we reject Him who warns us from heaven?… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Jesus is Our Goel Kisman-Redeemer

Classic Christianity – The Purpose of the Law – 8-26-26

To understand what Jesus did for us under the Law, we need to understand how Jesus, the True Goel Kinsman-Redeemer, under the law fulfills the Law of the Goel (Kinsman-Redeemer). He completely redeemed us. Not in just a spiritual way, but one that is flesh and bone too. Because someday, we will be like Him, having new flesh and bone ourselves.

Under the unyielding legal logic of divine jurisprudence, salvation is not a passive, disembodied sentiment; it is a rigorous, binding contract paid in full. To truly understand how this transaction balances the cosmic ledger, we must look to a core mechanism of ancient Israelite society: the Law of the Goel, or the Kinsman-Redeemer. Codified into the Mosaic Covenant at Mount Sinai, the Goel was the nearest blood relative responsible for stepping into the courtroom of justice to protect, rescue, and buy back the property, freedom, or lineage of a family member facing poverty or destitution. God established this system to protect the vulnerable and preserve tribal inheritances, defining the redeemer’s duties across four Mosaic axioms: redeeming property, ransoming persons from debt bondage, levirate marriage to preserve a deceased brother’s name, and executing blood vengeance (Go’el ha-dam).… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Jesus Shining on the People of God

Classic Christianity – Permissible or Beneficial Part 2 – 8-25-26

~ Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with hearts of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Bear with one another and forgive any complaint you may have against someone else. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which is the bond of perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, for to this you were called as members of one body. And be thankful.

Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Colossians 3:12-17

Think about what the Apostle Paul is telling us in scripture about how we are to live. It is a blueprint. When the body of Christ is working together in Faith, we are promoting the whole body of Christ, with Jesus being the head and us being the body.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

In Christ Jesus We are Saints

Classic Christianity – Permissible or Beneficial Part 1 – 8-24-26

~ Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who submit to or perform homosexual acts, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

Paul explains here by giving some of the examples of lost people, evil people, people without the Spirit of God living in them. And even look at the details, he says, “some of you were.” In essence Paul is giving some descriptions of some of the lost people that they once were before they came to Christ Jesus. There could be lots lots more to the descriptions of an evil person. What he does it here to make a big point. Because we were in the past these types of things as being a sinner, once we receive Jesus we are no longer considered to be any of those things.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
