Jesus Grilling Some Fish

Classic Christianity – Born in Adam, Raised in Christ – Part 2 – 9-30-26

~ For we know that if our earthly house, the tent, should be torn down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For also in this we groan, longing to be clothed with our dwelling that is from heaven, If indeed also having been clothed, we will not be found naked. Folks, let’s not lose sight of the fact that Jesus is a physical person after His resurrection. He can be seen, carry on a conversation with, have a fish fry and touch and hold onto Him. He is flesh and bone. And someday will shall be just like He is, clothed in our new glorified bodies that come down directly from heaven to clothe us. And that is what we look forward to happening someday. And someday, there will be a new heaven and a NEW EARTH. Young Jesus Reading The Scriptures

Classic Christianity – Born in Adam, Raised in Christ – Part 1 – 9-29-26

~ Have you ever wondered exactly how the uncreated Creator of the cosmos emptied Himself to walk as a True Man on this physical dirt?

The Scripture Keys

Before we look at the mechanics, we must anchor everything strictly in the un-inverted Word of God:

  • Philippians 2:6–7: Christ, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God, but emptied Himself (Kenosis), taking the form of a servant in the likeness of men.
  • Galatians 4:4 & Hebrews 2:14, 17: God sent forth His Son, made of a woman, made under the law, taking part of the exact same flesh and blood so He could stand as our near-kinsman (Goel).
  • John 1:1, 14: The Word was God, the Architect of all things, yet became flesh out of initiating, unconditional love (Romans 5:8, 1 John 4:10).
  • Luke 2:52 & Isaiah 50:4: As a boy, He grew in wisdom and stature, having His ear awakened morning by morning to learn as a scholar from the Father.

Perfect Love Casts Out Fear

Classic Christianity – Leave in Peace – 9-28-26

~ “There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear involves punishment. The one who fears has not been perfected in love.” 1 John 4:18

There are folks today that try to use the laws of God to spread fear upon you. They think they themselves are living by the laws of God, but here is the thing, no one can obey ALL the Old testament laws of God. And if anyone could, then there is no need for Jesus to have died on the cross in the first place. So we need to get to get to the point that we understand that Jesus is our Sabbath Rest. And when we enter that Sabbath Rest, we are entering into His perfect Love for us. And so there is nothing to fear about anything. And don’t let anyone throw up a judgment upon you for doing this or not doing that. Because they themselves still have not entered the Sabbath Rest themselves.

Your Sins Are Forgiven

Classic Christianity – Count Yourselves Alive to God – Part 2 – 9-23-26

~ “According to the law, in fact, nearly everything must be purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.” Hebrews 9:22

The words of God are written for all to see. If there was any more forgiveness required by God to be extended out to us, He would have to go back on the cross and die again and again for ongoing sinning. But that is what religion actually teaches today. They keep insisting on more forgiveness being handed out by God simply for the asking of it. They deny that it is finished. They deny the the Goel Kinsman-Redeemer did His job at the cross, and they make God out to be a liar, because they stand on their confession booths, or their virtual confession booths, and their vending machine for forgiveness ritual lies that they insist on following. Even when you show most people the truth, they deny what is plainly presented right before their eyes. And so they miss the biggest sin of ALL, unbelief in the finished work of the cross. Unbelief is the Worlds Sin

Classic Christianity – Count Yourselves Alive to God – Part 1 – 9-22-26

Asking the Socratic questions, and getting answers directly from the Holy Spirit is key to understanding the Scriptures themselves today. If we simply sit by, as though we are bumps on a log, and never asking God for understanding, that is not what God wants from us. He wants us to ask Him questions. Think about it folks, the Apostles were constantly asking Jesus questions, and He was more than happy to give answers to their questions. Asking questions shows you are paying attention and trying to think through the details. Asking questions about ALL things and of how all these things tie together is important for our understanding of how the Goel Kinsman-Redeemer, Jesus Himself took care of not only the Sin issue for the whole Adamic line, and He will also take care of the cursed Earth issue at the end of the little season period of time.

God never intended for His image-bearers to sit passively as “bumps on a log” or mute spectators in His kingdom. Present With The Lord

Classic Christianity – Your New Body – 9-21-26

~ Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. – 1 John 3:22

Folks, we need to remember that Jesus is flesh and bone at this very moment in time. He is not simply a spirit being. He can be touched, spoken to, carry on a conversation with, walk alongside with, and see and hear Him when in His physical presence. Jesus proved that after His resurrection where he shows up grilling some fish to eat on the beach, and even eats and drinks food Himself. And also when appearing to them in a room and Thomas had been doubting earlier, thinking that the other Apostles were simply seeing a ghost. But Jesus declares that He was not a ghost.

Today we also have a tendendency to equate Jesus to only a ghost being. But we are told that Jesus is flesh and bone. So when we go to be with Jesus, the very last moment we are in our mortal bodies, and that mortal body expires, for whatever reason, we are then clothed in our new immortal bodies of flesh and bone, and appear before Him just as He Himself is.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
