You Were Reconciled to God Through The Death of Jesus at the Cross ~ Place Faith in Him For Life!

~ God reconciled you to Himself. He is NOT counting your sins against you today. Do you believe it? Have you truly placed faith in Him to have done what He said is finished? Or are you out there trying to reconcile yourself to God? When the word of God says, “be reconciled” that means believe it, place faith in it. Yet most people will not do that. They will go out there in the energy of their flesh and try to do better, to be better, or to be more righteous with God. It doesn’t matter whether we are talking about Catholics or Protestants, they are all deceived. They display their fruits for all to see. And even some grace teachers will sidestep around this and say things like, “see you’ve got to reconcile yourself to God” as though a person can do something to reconcile themselves to God. It’s a very subtle thing today, because these particular infiltrators do not believe the sins of the whole world have been forgiven at the cross. Check it out for yourself about what various false teachers teach. It is not difficult to find out the truth. Most people will not investigate the truth for themselves. They like to be spoon fed, and told what to believe and who to believe. And because many people are listening to the lies of Satan being taught through Satan’s transformed ministers of righteousness, they are not listening to the Holy Spirit teaching of Truth (All Truth), but are instead listening to the teaching of MAN. And make no mistake about it, everywhere you turn today, there are the lies of Satan being passed on. You will find it on television, on radio, on the news, in the pulpits, with family and friends, on social media and even the ads too will sell the lies of Satan left and right.

The lost are everywhere, and very few are saved. Time is short. The harvest is near. Allow yourself to be used by God. Be an ambassador for Christ Jesus, not in the energy of your flesh, but by abiding in Him, through the Holy Spirit alive living in you if you truly are a born again child of God. If you are not a child of God, you can become a child of God today simply by placing faith in Jesus to have taken care of your sin issue at the cross and receive Him for Life. For he will transform you into a new creation, a new creature in Christ Jesus!

~ All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. ^{2 Corinthians 5:18-21}

~ “We were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, when we were all enemies, lost. So you were born into this world, reconciled to God through the death of his Son. Every man who was born into this world came in with his sins forgiven, the forgiveness of his sins provided by Christ Jesus. But that’s not salvation. That’s half of the core of salvation. But that was preparatory for salvation. Salvation is gaining life that only comes through the resurrection. And that’s why it says how much more having been reconciled shall we be saved by His life. We have to be saved from the consequence of sin which is death by the gift of God which is life. So no man will ever be justified by obedience to the law. Justification comes only by putting your faith in the finished work of Christ Jesus. Now, so the love of God is what caused Jesus to come to this earth and to do for us what we could never do for ourselves. So we’re putting our faith, not only in Jesus, but you’re putting your faith, aren’t you in the love of Christ. God so loved me. And I put my faith in the fact that that’s true. It’s not in my ability to love, I don’t have any, but in his love for me. Now, once Christ comes to live within you, then you have a relationship there, like a vine and a branch that Jesus told us about. And he said, I’m the vine, and you’re a branch. Now a branch can produce nothing. Branch can’t produce love, joy, peace, patience, nothing. But a branch who abides in the life of the vine, who can produce those things, will produce them in and through you and me as a branch. And we can bear that fruit out to others. That’s the purpose of the fruit of the Spirit is for the benefit of other people. And we can bear that fruit but we cannot produce it. And that’s what keeps us dependent on Christ Jesus, we cannot produce agape love. There’s no way in my flesh that I can produce agape love. It’s hard enough to produce friendship love, but I can’t. Abide in the one who can, and therefore bear the fruit to others, but no other. Full knowledge that I cannot produce it so as faith alone, but that faith, if we rest, then after salvation in him, he’ll produce that love in and through you.” ~ Bob George
