Jesus Took Away ALL Your Sins at the Cross!

~ “And the peace of God, surpassing all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7

~ When we enter into the fact, that Jesus took away all your sins at the cross, we are healed spiritually at that very moment in time. There is no need to worry about anything anymore. For we are given LIFE that is eternal, through the Holy Spirit who comes to indwell us for all time. And folks, we are told that flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. So that means, we have to be given new bodies at some point in time. So everyone has a body of flesh, that is headed to the grave today. No matter what is done to it, it will not live forever, even if there is some temporary form of healing that takes place. Now for some people that is a sobering thought to think of that their physical body is going to die. But for the child of God that is when we are absent from this body of lesh and immediately present with the Lord Jesus. We receive our new spiritual bodies at that time. So even though this body dies, we never die, and LIVE FOREVER. That is the Good news of the Gospel. Even Jesus explains this clearly in the scriptures when he did a physical raising of the dead of Lazuras in John chapter 11 in which it is recorded and Jesus explained it to Martha, the sister of Lazarus.

17 When Jesus arrived, He found that Lazarus had already spent four days in the tomb. 18 Now Bethany was near Jerusalem, a little less than two miles away, 19 and many of the HEBREWS had come to Martha and Mary to console them in the loss of their brother. 20 So when Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went out to meet Him, but Mary stayed at home.

21 Martha said to Jesus, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died. 22 But even now I know that God will give You whatever You ask of Him.”

23 “Your brother will rise again,” Jesus told her.

24 Martha replied, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.”

25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live, even though he dies. 26 And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?”

27 “Yes, Lord,” she answered, “I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world.”

Bob George discusses theological topics on his radio show, emphasizing the centrality of Christ and the importance of spiritual over physical healing. He clarifies that Isaiah 53 refers to spiritual healing and criticizes modern interpretations that focus on physical healing. Bob also addresses the concept of sin and forgiveness, explaining that the unpardonable sin is rejecting Christ, not blasphemy or swearing. He mentions that tithing was old Testament giving to support the Levitical priesthood and instead encourages joyful giving. “There’s nothing physical in that whole context, and in so doing Alan to me. What gets me is it diminishes what Christ, Jesus came to do. He came to take away sins and and, and when you’re trying to pull into there, such a feeble thing is just getting your arm repaired or your eye repaired. Instead of seeing the the the fall of man get, I wish people get this into their head, we were fallen creatures. We had no hope, he said, without the covenant, we had nothing except death, and to think that he went to a cross, was pierced for our sins, Christ for our iniquities, and the punishment that brought us peace was upon him. The punishment that brought us peace was upon him. What is the punishment? Death? What was brought upon him? Death? What did that bring for you and me, peace and by his wounds were healed. Hear anything talking about physical healing there? We all, like sheep, have gone astray. Each of us has turned our own way, and the Lord has laid upon Him the iniquity of us all. It tells you what it’s talking about. Yet people want to go in there and say, Oh, that’s physical healing. And to me, the more that I hear this and the more I see, if you begin to wonder, are there any well Christians, and if they were well, what in the world would you do in one of those meetings except sit and observe somebody else? I mean, that isn’t what the Christian life’s about. Remember when Peter, when Jesus, was at Peter’s home, and the man came to him the next day and he said, Lord, they’re waiting on you to come in there and heal some people. And he said, No, I’m going on to other towns and proclaim the gospel for that’s why I came. I didn’t come to be a healer. I came to save people.” – Bob George
