Jesus Created Earth With a Foundation and The Angels Were Present

~ Satan was one of the brightest stars. He was the morning star. He was the most beautiful of the angels in all of creation. And yet he himself became proud of everything he was and coveted to be like God. We see the same type of things going on with people today. So many times, we have seen people that think they know it all. They have been to all the top schools. They have a PhD in this subject or that subject. They slap DOCTOR on their door, Dr. so and so. They introduce themselves as Doctor wherever they go and to whoever they are speaking to. They are proud of all their schooling, for they think they have much wisdom in all that knowledge they have gathered to themselves from the world. Yet all of that counts for nothing when it comes to knowing God. In fact, knowledge of the world is dung, as compared to knowing Christ Jesus and His Truth. And furthermore, the knowledge of the world is filled with lies upon lies by Satan that are taught to man, and passed on from one generation to the next without even realizing it. Hardly anyone goes to the word of God for truth (all truth). They dismiss the word of God or gloss over it in most matters of the world today and trust in the scientists that speak for Satan, instead of the Holy Spirit that teaches from the word of God. They trust in their science, as though it is their religion. Believe it or not, the bible has much to say about the realm we live in. And man, any man can be deceived (for we all have been deceived) into believing the lies taught by Satan and the world. For Satan is god of this world, and we need to be aware of that and NOT gloss over it in the word of God.

So remember, in ALL Matters take it to God in prayer. The Holy Spirit has much to teach us today in ALL matters. And if the Holy Spirit does indeed live in you, for all born again children of God do indeed have the Holy Spirit living in them, He will teach you ALL TRUTH and provide wisdom in abundance. Simply ask and it will be given to you. And remember, in these last days knowledge is increasing. And those who are in Christ Jesus are being given knowledge and wisdom from God, through the Holy Spirit who lives in them. God wants us to know the Truth, ALL TRUTH.

Pay attention to details in the word of God. Details matter. We have a lot of information that is seldom spoken of. Earth has a foundation. Earth has footings and a cornerstone. Key points not to be overlooked. And also the angels were witnesses to this part of creation, for they shouted with joy!

~ Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God. ^{2 Corinthians 4:4}

~ Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall. ^{Proverbs 16:18}

~ Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, ^{Philippians 3:8}

~ Then the Lord spoke to Job out of the storm. He said:

“Who is this that obscures my plans
with words without knowledge?
Brace yourself like a man;
I will question you,
and you shall answer me.

“Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation?
Tell me, if you understand.
Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know!
Who stretched a measuring line across it?
On what were its footings set,
or who laid its cornerstone—
while the morning stars sang together
and all the angels shouted for joy? ^{Job 1:1-7}

~ But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. ^{Daniel 12:4}

~ “Now let’s turn back to the book of Job. We’re going to exercise a little bit here in getting into the Old Testament, which we don’t do very often. But you’re going to have to go back there to get some of this information, the book of Job. If you don’t, in the NIV, that I have, it’s on a page 659. I don’t know where that’ll help you or not. If you don’t, there’s an introduction, in case you don’t know where these books are. If you don’t, don’t feel badly don’t most people don’t, don’t ever be afraid. If you don’t know where something is to look in a in a table of contents, it’ll tell you, you don’t know where the table of contents is. It’s normally in the first part of the book. But it will tell you where those books are and will help you from scrambling around. I can remember in early Bible studies that I’d go to somebody and say turn to and I’d, I’d go and I was trying to hope nobody knew that I didn’t know where it was. But it’s pretty obvious, you know, don’t be embarrassed about it, go the table of contents and look it up. When you read it, you’ll know what it’s read just as much as a person who didn’t you knew where it was. It’s one of those things we put a lot of emphasis on, it’s not very important.

In the book of Job you’re going to see and in chapter 38. We’re going to be coming back to this a little later, hopefully in the lesson but want to hit this verse at least I’ll hit the first verses there. And it’ll show you where this comes from. The Lord answers Job out of a storm and he says, Who is it that darkens my counsel with words without knowledge? Brace yourself like a man. I’ll question you, and you shall answer me. Where were you when I laid the Earth’s foundation? Tell me if you understand. Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know. Who straight Just a measuring line across it? On what were its footings set, or who laid its cornerstone? While the morning stars, and that morning stars if you want to mark your Bible is referring to angels, while the morning stars sang together and all of the angels shouted for joy. So we learned from this passage that the angels were present at the creation of the world, they were rejoicing, and they shouted with joy. So if you’re looking at the chronology, we have to see that the spirit beings or the angel world was present at such time that the world was created.” ~ Bob George

This world that we’re in not just our country, but other countries, but this world that we’re in is really what’s important. And I believe God wants to elevate us to say wait a minute, this is little globe out here, just like a little pea out there in the universe. Have you ever seen pictures, remember of of the globe down here? It’s just a little thing floating out there in the midst of the universe. And I think many times the study of these type of things helps us to get our our hearts above this to see there’s something so much bigger than what we think we are. When you take a look at what this little Earth is in light of the universe. And then think how big we think the earth is. Say you don’t have to get up very many 1000s of feet in an airplane and look down to realize you can’t see the things that looks so big to us. Our houses that we place such great importance in this building looks big to me, you can’t even see the damn thing at 20,000 feet. And all of those kinds of things, we, we have the tendency to get this tunnel vision, and take ourselves far too seriously. And I think the study of angels and the study of the universe might just help us a little bit to elevate our thinking, and get it a little bit off of ourselves, and see the immensity of this God that loved us so much, that he came to this earth, to bring us salvation. So I pray that will happen in your life. And mine is we study these things together.

Angels, first of all, they were created by God. And that’s the first thing we need to understand is we’re going to study together. Remember, in Colossians, we went back to Colossians numerous times, and we might just want to go back there, again, is review in Colossians 1:15. Where it talks about that Christ is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. And for by him, Christ Himself, all things were created, things in heaven, and things on earth, visible and invisible. Whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities, all things are created by him and for him. This is first or first chapter of Colossians rather, did I say Corinthians, Colossians 1:15. All things were created by Him and for Him. So all things in heaven and on earth, things that were visible, that’s the entire spirit world, and invisible, excuse me visible this the things we can see invisible, the entire spirit world, all of those things were created by Him and they were created for him. Christ Himself was before all things, and in Him, all things hold together, he’s the head of the body, the church, the beginning, and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything, he Christ can have supremacy. Again, another way of saying what the author of Hebrews was saying that Christ Himself is supreme, over all things. So there’s no created being that could be greater than him, Christ created all things. So he created the angels, he created the entire spirit world, he created the universe that we’re in, He created man, he created, all things were created by Him, and all things were created for him. So angelic beings were created.

Now let’s turn back to the book of Job. We’re going to exercise a little bit here in getting into the Old Testament, which we don’t do very often. We’re next we’re going to see that and let’s turn to Ezekiel, Ezekiel is back quite a bit. You’re in the NIV, round 1182 in that area. Ezekiel 28. What we’re seeing here is that first of all, God created the angels. God didn’t come from one he created them. Secondly, you’re going to see that the angels then were present at the creation of the world. And what I want us to see now is that the angels were, was in the Garden of Eden. And Ezekiel 28 is going to deal about that. The Word of God came to me, Son of Man, say to the ruler of Tyre, and you’re talking about that, that that is that of the fallen angel that we refer to as Satan. In the pride of your heart, you say, I am God. I sit on the throne of a god in the heart of the seas. But you’re a man and not a God, though you think you are as wise as a god. Are you wiser than Daniel is no secret hidden from you, by your wisdom and understanding you have gained wealth for yourself amass gold and silver and your treasures. By your great skill and trading, you have increased your wealth because of your wealth, your heart is grown proud. Because you think you’re wise, as wise as a god, I’m going to bring foreigners against you. Again, when you’re talking about this ruler of Tyre, you’re talking about someone who has absolutely possessed by Satan, and it is a picture of Satan himself. And I think that as we take a look at this, we’re going to see now down as we as we go down, let’s move down just a moment to chapter 11 or verse 11. The word of the Lord came to me and it says, Son of man, take up a lament concerning the king of Tyre and say to him, this is what the Sovereign Lord says. Now in this you’re going to see a description of this angel that fell, that we know of as Satan. You are the model of perfection, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God, every precious stone, adorned you, adored you, Ruby, topaz, emerald goes ahead to list the different stones, your settings and mountings were made of gold. On the day you were created. They were prepared. Again, the angel created and all of these things prepared. You are anointed as a guardian cherub for so I ordained you. You were the holy mount of God who walked among the fiery stones. You were blameless in your ways from the day you were called to a wickedness was found in you. Through your widespread trade, you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God and expelled you o guardian cherub from among the fiery stones. Your heart became proud, on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth. And I made a spectacle of you before kings. By your many sins and dishonest trade, you desecrated the sanctuaries. So I made a fire come out from you and it consumed you and I reduced you to ashes on the ground in the sight of all who are watching, all the nations who knew you are appalled at you and have come to a horrible and will be no more.

Now we see here a description of the fact that there was angelic beings, the number one angel that was called Lucifer before the fall. And we don’t need to, well if we will go back to that in a moment, but in Isaiah 14, you’re going to see you don’t need to turn to that I’ll read it to you gonna market you can, how you have fallen from heaven, oh, Morningstar Lucifer, son of the dawn. Now this is Isaiah 14:12. You have been cast down to the earth you who wants laid low the nation’s. Now here’s what the fallen angel Lucifer said in his heart. So if we want to understand my friends, where we get these kinds of qualities, we can see the influence from where this came. Before Lucifer fell, he was described here as the model of perfection, full of wisdom, full of beauty, adorned, anointed as this Guardian cherub. My friends, do you see what can happen to us? We are children of the living God, aren’t we? We too have been anointed by the Holy Spirit of God. Everybody who is in Christ is an anointed person, by the Holy Spirit of God. He has been set apart by God. We have been made perfect in the sight of God, by God himself. He made us that way. We have totally been forgiven until our sins are behind the back of God, never to see it again. We have been made a joint heir with Jesus Christ. All of these things have been given to us. And we too have been made holy and blameless in his sight and it says you are blameless in your ways from the day you’re created. And then wickedness enters in.

And what happens to there is it says your heart became proud. And that’s the beginning is our hearts become proud. On account of our beauty or on account of our position or we can walk around as Christians feeling cocky and arrogant and prideful. It says you’re corrupted you’re and you corrupted your wisdom. You and I have been given wisdom from God God is our wisdom is that true or not? It is because of God that you are in Christ Jesus who has become for you what? Your wisdom. If anyone needs wisdom, let him ask freely given to him. We have been given the ability by the Holy Spirit of God living in us to understand the wisdom of God the truth of God and let that truth set us free. And what do we do with it? Corrupt it. That’s all sin is is a perversion of good God gave us all things, what do we do corrupt it with our corrupt mind and our own pride and our own ego? I believe there is a sin back behind pride. And if you look at the heart of Satan, you’ll see that, it’s called coveting. It is an interesting thing, is that not, that that one sin that the apostle Paul mentioned when he went through his Roman seven experience? Was coveting. It happens to be the one sin. I think I mentioned before that they took a survey among all the Catholic priests of the country, and said, What is the one sin no one ever mentioned? Guess what it was? Coveting. What is coveting? Wanting something that someone else has. Wanting something that doesn’t belong to me, I want it. I want your country doesn’t belong to me. I want it I want your oil wells. Don’t blame me. I want them. I want your wife didn’t belong to me. I want her. I want your money. I want your business. That’s what competition and we glory at the feet of competition say competition is good for you. Where do you find that in the Bible? God didn’t call us to compete with one another. He said get up and work as unto the Lord and leave the results to God that eliminates got competitive spirit. Competition, coveting means I want something. I want to be where he is. Do you see that? And Christianity? Oh, sure. Oh, sure. See it in ministries? Oh, sure. Absolutely. I want his position. I want to be up there talking. I don’t know what for. I want to serve, I want to be served. I don’t want him to run it. I want to run it. Covetousness brings about pride that even caused Satan to fall, the number one angel, the one who was full of splendor given by God and we become corrupted with our own wisdom. My friends, we can take the wisdom of God that is given to us and corrupt it if we want to if our pride gets in.

Well, he said because of that pride and that desire for coveting and pride. He said, I threw you to the earth and made a spectacle of you know, that’s what normally happens to people when they get off on that. God just takes them and pitches them out there and says, Okay, I’ll make a spectacle out of you. Do you think you’re smarter than God? You think I’d go out there and give it a wack, will let you see how smart you are. And as exactly what happens to people when we get smarter than we think we are. Well, that’s the picture there. This is this Lucifer. Now what happened to him? Well, when that pride set in, he was cast out of heaven down to this earth. And it says he was there in the garden. Now back to Isaiah 14. You have fallen from heaven. This is 14:12 you have fallen from heaven oh Morningstar, son of the dawn. That’s it again is Lucifer you need some time. Look at up Isaiah. Again, if you’re in the NIV it’s around on 950 Isaiah 14:12. Okay. You have been cast down to earth who wants laid low the nation’s you said in your heart now look at this attitude. I will ascend to heaven. In other words I want to get up there. I’m gonna do that. I will raise my throne above the stars of God. I will sit in throned on the mount of the assembly. On the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. Folks, do you see yourself in these things? Boy I do I remember, I remember all of my business career, and I wasn’t a Christian. But I noticed the unbelievable pride and coveting that was in me was unbelievable. I never realized it. I didn’t know that’s what it was I I thought it was healthy competition and an ambition see, and those things were rewarded and admired. Boy, that guy’s ambitious, competitive. Well, what does that mean? What you’re willing to rip anybody’s throat in order to get what you want. That’s what it meant, and that’s all it man, absolutely care, nothing for the welfare of somebody else, just boy blast away. It’s what I want ambitious. I can remember being in companies in the company that I was in the corporation that I was in. And I was moving up. But it wasn’t fast enough for me. And I can remember being with my district manager in Kansas City, and I will I couldn’t stand him. And he sure wasn’t as sharp as me. And, and just going home with knots in my stomach. How could they keep somebody like? that I’ll never forget. And this was with a corporation, it had nothing to do believe me with Christians at all. It’s a corporation. And I can remember one time saying to the Vice President of this corporation, and incidentally, they were coming and they were priming me for some big things, but they weren’t moving fast enough. And I had I wonderful me had to sit and work for this ding bat that you put into district manager to be my boss. And I remember talking to them one time and saying, how do you keep a man like that around? The wholesalers don’t like him. The dealers don’t like him know, the salesman like he nobody likes him. How do you keep someone like that around? I’ll tell you what this Chris this Corporation said nothing to do with Christian said, Bob, I’m gonna tell you something. We put that man at a position 20 years ago. And if you think we’re going to turn him out to pasture by a mistake that we made 20 years ago concerning him. You’re crazy than a hoot owl, he’ll retire with us. We’re not going to put him out to pasture. So I very sympathetically said, Okay, I’ll quit. And I did. And I got rid of my company car and all the insurance and all the security that I had. And I went out and I bought me an old secondhand Cadillac, it looked good, because I was gonna be a big deal. And off, I drove on my way to California to become rich and famous. Then that dumb car breaks down. And we went through some real rough times because of pride. And arrogance. Well did it end there? No, it didn’t end there. I got to California, and I can remember working for another guy. And when I was in the wholesaling business, they’re and a sales manager, this place and, and I can remember thinking, Oh, Bernie’s the dumbest guy ever on the face of the earth, how can that guy survive had been for his dad having his business he shouldn’t have me doing it. You know, I really know how to run this thing. Now as a sales manager. And I did know a lot about sales. And I knew a lot about marketing. I knew how to motivate salesmen. I knew how to get orders and all that type of thing. That’s a far cry from running a business folks. But I thought I was smart and smarter than him smarter than anybody. And so he wasn’t moving as fast as I wanted him to either. And so my coveting. What did I want? I wanted I covenant I wanted to be in his shoes. I wanted to be running the show. I wanted to be calling the shots. I wanted to be making the decisions. That’s what I want. It didn’t belong to me, but I wanted it anyway. It didn’t make a difference that he owned it I wanted. Now is that what coveting is? So he wasn’t moving fast enough and I got the opportunity to get my own business. Oh boy, here it is. I got it. Now I’m gonna be calling the shots. Man, I tell you I went in that business for 30 days and I said that Bernie was a smart dude. I didn’t know you had to think about cash flow and and and credit and getting in money and money turn over and inventory control and all that all I was concerned with was sales. Now I know why he told me not to buy all that stuff now I knew why all of these other things that guy was smart. So when I was sitting there wallowing in my own stupid pride and ego I thought I was smarter than anyone.

Folks until you walked in the shoes of a person don’t criticize the person, until you walked in the shoes. Don’t try to run the ministry. Because you don’t know anything about it. It’s like people getting down saying the vice president united states I do this not you don’t know what you do if you’re president united states, my lord Kenny, run your home, let alone the country. With pride ego, do you have all the input that the President has? No than what are we out there telling everybody what I’d be doing happy with some time? Well, if I was doing that, Bob, I do it this way? Well, you’re not doing it. You don’t know all the things I know. You don’t have the input that I know. Nor the experience. You don’t know why we do what we do. There’s a lot of things that are involved in it. Sometimes mistakes are made and sometimes they’re not. But God’s bigger than those thank God. Isn’t that true? Pride ego gets in with us. Because I know more than anybody. If I was doing it here’s how I do it. Oh, go do it. See how you like it? I don’t know why anybody ever want to be president United States? I think you have to be a little deranged even what that? I mean to think of the responsibility of that and why we want things that we don’t have. I don’t know what we do don’t want.
