And Without Faith it is Impossible to Please God

~ Faith is responding properly to truth. There are so many lies in the world today, that people are actually responding to the lies of the world instead of Truth and they don’t even realize it. And ALL TRUTH begins with Jesus. Jesus is the TRUTH and in Him is NO Lie. Yet people will run to Man for everything under the sun. People will run to movies, to music and to drugs, along with other things to deal with the pressures of life and think they are helping themselves by using the things of the world as a form of escapism. After all, that’s what Man teaches us to do today, and even encourages with tell-a-vision, movies and music. Yet we are told, many have exchanged the TRUTH of God for a lie. None of the things of the world will do anything for a person, and will in fact take them further away from the actual TRUTH, Jesus, God in flesh. We have all been deceived by the things of the world, however it is time to face the TRUTH of the word of God and the reality of the world we live in. And when we respond properly to TRUTH, that is the faith that pleases God.

The eleventh chapter of the book of Hebrews is the faith chapter, that gives many examples of people responding properly to truth with faith. We encourage everyone to read that chapter for themselves, to see how people throughout different periods of time responded properly to Truth with faith. And faith is a very practical word, that often gets misconstrued to mean only faith in Jesus, God in flesh as though that is the only thing that counts as truth. However, the word of God is TRUTH, and Jesus is the Word who became flesh, so pay attention to the details, for the details matter in everything today. So if Jesus created the world in which we live, (which He did and is the CREATOR of everything seen and unseen), then we ought to pay attention to what the WORD says about His creation. Likewise, we ought to pay attention to what the WORD says about Man, and the devils and Satan, and what the WORD also says about GOD.

So when the Holy Spirit shows you Truth today, do not discount it. For He is renewing our minds with ALL TRUTH, not just the TRUTH of salvation in Jesus.which is eternal life in Christ Jesus at the very moment a person places faith in HIM, and is the beginning point of All TRUTH. However, Truth does not simply stop with Jesus, and then you simply dismiss everything else by turning off your mind (or don’t think about the other lies going on today) as though it doesn’t matter what you believe in other areas of your life. Everything matters today and it matters what you fill your mind with. Jesus changes your whole life, and also how you respond to Truth, when the lies of the world are exposed to you. And when a lie is exposed, and you simply discount it, because you think it doesn’t matter, then you are shrugging off the discipline of the Lord. You are dismissing what the Holy Spirit is showing you today. Stop it. Change your mind to that (repent means to change your mind) and start listening to the Holy Spirit instead of the testimony of Man about this world and the things of this world. Allow God to renew your mind. Abide in Him, and stop fighting against all Truth.

Lord Jesus, teach me the TRUTH of the world we live in today and the Truth of You.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. _{John 14:6}

“They, they don’t end up there (mental hospitals) because of the stress going on today. They end up there because of their response to the stresses going in there today. It’s not the stresses, and that’s the case. We’d all be there, but it’s the response, and people come up with all this stuff that it’s because of the of the stresses and trials and tribulation of the day, and that’s not true. It’s because of the options that we have in regard to how we’re going to meet that as an example and again, Victor, I’m not saying that all people are in there are Christians, and if they’re not, there’s their problem. They need to come to life in Christ, Jesus. But James says, Consider it joy whenever you face trials of many kinds, all kinds, many kinds, because you know the testing of your faith is what develops perseverance, and perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. And it says that Blessed is the man who perseveres under trials. We all have trials and tribulation. We have the option of either being buried under them, getting into a self pity trip, which is what causes people to go down the spiral of depression. Is self pity, or you can begin to do to have your mind renewed on what the scripture says is, Consider it joy. Consider it pure joy. Because was I’m trusting Jesus in the midst of my trial, said tribulation, I’m going to be developing perseverance. And it says that that man who perseverance under trial, and when he stood the test, he’ll receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him. And so there’s in this world, you’re going to have tribulation. Everyone’s going to have tribulation. But if we don’t understand that Victor, why then? And we get into the self pity trip. We get into fear and anger responding to bad, adverse circumstances. And finally, go into self pity, and more self pity and into despair. And ultimately, could commit suicide, people who are in hospitals today, if they’re in this country, at least so many of that, I believe, without questions caused by drugs, we put people on all kinds of mind altering drugs that literally cause suicide, literally cause people to be involved in these type of things. And that’s a proven fact. And so the issue is Victor in the final analysis, that I wish that there was some way that truth could be presented into our mental hospitals. But you see, the mental hospitals are at the discretion, so to speak, of the psychological profession. And the psychological profession is a total contrast to biblical truth. The Bible says, Do not seek the counsel of the ungodly. Sigmund Freud, Skinner Lang, all of those gurus of psychological thought were all agnostics or atheists, either one, none of them were believers. All of their philosophies came from the vantage point of an agnostic or an atheist in the midst of the Bible saying, Don’t seek the counsel of the ungodly. We have Christians who lap up their teaching and the followers of their teaching like a cat after milk. And think nothing of it. The. Instead of having our mind renewed on truth that will set us free, that’s a promise of God, they believe in error to keep them in bondage. In the psychological world, there’s well over 600 different philosophies that are perpetuated by all the different gurus of psychological thought, and not a one of them agree with one another on almost all issues. Freud doesn’t agree with Lang. Lang doesn’t agree with Skinner. Skinner doesn’t agree with anybody. And And finally, you get into probably the, probably the most well, I say that. I’m gonna say the one that I laugh at the most, to just say the only ones that are normal schizophrenics we all enjoy our schizophrenia and but the issue is that that profession is in total opposition to the truth of the Word of God. Now, can you get Christian teaching into hospitals? No, they won’t allow it. They want the psychiatrist in there. So it’s almost an exercise in futility, Victor. It’s a sad shame. It’s a shame we do have people that in confined into the hospitals that pick up the radio because radio waves can go through those walls. We’ve had people get well and be released from hospitals who have caught a hold of these truths and walked out of there. But in the average mental hospital, if you don’t take drugs, you cannot stay in the hospital period. And so a mind altering drug does exactly what it says, at least that’s honest. It alters your mind. It doesn’t renew it. It alters it. And when a mind has been altered. It is not thinking rationally, and therefore the suicides can certainly occur. It’s a shame, but true.” ~ Bob George
