~ Having our minds renewed is key to understanding Truth today. There is so much deception that most people think the lies are Truth and that the TRUTH is a lie. We have all been deceived since the day we were born with the lies of the world. And most are still caught in satan’s lies without even realizing it. And the only way to be freed from satan’s lies is to have our minds renewed, and thus we are transformed into what God wants each of us to be, a Truth teller. And when you become a Truth teller who is being led directly by the Holy Spirit himself, you will be set apart from the world and religion too. Jesus Opened Their Minds to Understand the Scriptures (1)

~ Jesus said to them, “These are the words I spoke to you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about Me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms.” Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures. Luke 24: 44,45

~ When you realize the Truth of who Jesus is, God in the flesh, and what He did on the cross for you, took away all your sins and is no longer counting any of them against you, and you place Faith in Him, He comes to give His Spirit of Life to you. And your mind begins to be instructed directly by Him. And it is an amazing journey, because forgiveness is just the beginning of your understanding of Everything in the Scriptures. For we are told we have the mind of Christ Jesus living directly in us.

And times are a changing. ~ Faith is responding properly to truth. There are so many lies in the world today, that people are actually responding to the lies of the world instead of Truth and they don’t even realize it. And ALL TRUTH begins with Jesus. Jesus is the TRUTH and in Him is NO Lie. Yet people will run to Man for everything under the sun. People will run to movies, to music and to drugs, along with other things to deal with the pressures of life and think they are helping themselves by using the things of the world as a form of escapism. After all, that’s what Man teaches us to do today, and even encourages with tell-a-vision, movies and music. Yet we are told, many have exchanged the TRUTH of God for a lie. None of the things of the world will do anything for a person, and will in fact take them further away from the actual TRUTH, Jesus, God in flesh. Trust in the Holy Spirit to teach you all truth. Don’t depend on what man says or what man teaches, for someone can be teaching you error. Be as a Berean, and study the word of God to see if things are as they claim to be taught. Learn in context and rely on the Holy Spirit to renew your mind. We have been taught much error through the years in our lives, and if we trust on our flesh to teach us, then we are relying on our own understanding of things instead of God. Reminder, for all those in Christ Jesus, we have the mind of Christ living in us. Trust in Him to teach you ALL TRUTH.

The topic of prayer comes up in conversation with people many times today. People are told to pray this or pray that in corporate settings. Some are even telling people on television or radio to send their money in for their prayers to be heard by God, as though God is going to answer your prayers based on you sending money to someone else. Different groups of people have different ideas about prayer too. Most everyone today is focused on getting their prayer requests answered by God, and not listening to what God has to say to them in the first place. They are becoming their own god, as though they can push God’s buttons to do something based on something they say or do themselves.
