ONLY THE BLOOD OF GOD HIMSELF can Take Away Sins

~ People today will NOT endure sound doctrine. They bring up to themselves false teachers and liars of TRUTH, and listen to what their itching ears want to hear. It doesn’t matter what the topic is today, if a person cannot understand the Truth that their sins were forgiven at the cross, then everything else will be off the rails. They will have a crash, and it will occur sooner or later. The pride of self in their own understanding of the word of God, instead of hearing the truth directly from the Word of God, and having the Holy Spirit teach them ALL truth, is it any wonder to suspect many of these people are NOT saved? Most have not truly repented to the Truth. They give lip service to it. They search the scriptures front to back, thinking that somehow if they get more scriptures in them they will have eternal life, and they miss Jesus and what He did for them at the cross. The Word of God tells us about these things in the last days. People dismiss Truth and exchange the Truth for a Lie. And because they do Not love the Truth, God has sent them a powerful delusion that is going on in the world today. They themselves will promote everything else but NOT the Truth of the word of God. Your Sins Have Been Forgiven! And because of that they will NOT be able to see all the lies of the world, and the deception that Satan has done to EVERYTHING that we see. For they worship their Hollywood idols, and their political figures, and social media grifters, and their technology gurus, and even their religious personalities are placed on their idol pedestal, all the while, putting Jesus and TRUTH on the back burner. Can we not see that going on today? The fearful and unbelieving and idolaters worship the creation more than the creator Himself and to their end, they are headed to the lake of fire, the second death, according to the word of God.

~ You study the Scriptures diligently because you think that in them you have eternal life. These are the very Scriptures that testify about me, yet you refuse to come to me to have life. ^{John 5:39,40}

~ For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. ^{2 Timothy 4:3}

~ They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. ^{Romans 1:25}

~ Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God. ^{2 Corinthians 4:4}

~ They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. ^{2 Thessalonians 2:10b-12}

~ But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. ^{Revelation 21:8}

~ “I’ve been dealing with this Hebrews chapter six thing and I understand, you know what I’m talking about? And I understand that you can’t lose your salvation. But I read this. And I just haven’t come to the point where I understand it for myself.” ~ Logan

~ “Well, I can help you with that Logan, because what this is doing, basically, it is talking to the very people that are teaching that you can lose salvation. This is a passage along with chapter 10. If you have your Bible, you’d want to turn to chapter 10. That’s the same time and you’re gonna see that you’re dealing with the the issue of the Hebrews, the book was written to the Hebrews. Now how did the Hebrews get their sins forgiven prior to Christ? The Day of Atonement wasn’t. And they sacrificed an animal, didn’t they? Yeah. And that’s how they got their sins forgiven, they went back to the Day of Atonement every year to get their sins forgiven. Now, once Christ came to take away the sins of the entire world, which is what he did, if the cross, do you still go back to your day of atonement to get your sins forgiven? No, no, but that’s what they were doing. In other words, they were talking out of both sides of their mouth. Out of one side, Jesus died for all my sins a second, where are you going back to Jerusalem to get my sins forgiven? Now in Hebrews 10, and I’m going to cover that before I cover Hebrews six because it’s more it explains it more in detail. If we deliberately keep on sinning after we received the knowledge of truth now what are we sitting against the knowledge of truth. And the knowledge of truth is that Jesus just ushered in a brand New Covenant, which is just a few verses prior to this. And this is the covenant that I will make with them their sins and lawless acts, I will remember no more. And where these have been, not will be but have been forgiven, There is no longer any sacrifice for sin. So he’s saying to the Hebrews, put aside your sacrificial system, it’s over the blood of bulls and goats can never take away sins ONLY THE BLOOD OF GOD HIMSELF can take away sins, the blood of bulls and goats covered sin until the next time, but the blood of bulls and goats cannot take away sin. So were these sins have been forgiven, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins. Now, if you keep deliberately sinning after receiving the knowledge of this truth, that there is no more sacrifice for sins. It goes ahead to say no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and the raging fire that consumed the enemies of God. Very severe talk here. Logan, anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two to three witnesses. How much more severely Do you think a man deserves and say he will but deserves to be punished. Who’s done what? Trampled the Son of God underfoot, treated as an unholy thing, the blood of the covenant, the sanctified in this covenant that said, their sins and lawless acts I’ll remember no more. And where there’s, these have been forgiven, there’s no more sacrifice. It’s over. It’s done. Treating as an unholy thing, this covenant that sanctified Him and who has insulted the Spirit of grace. Now that is what is taking place today in our Christian circles, we are insulting the spirit of grace. We’re treating as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified us, trampling the Son of God underfoot, acting as if his work on the cross was no more or no less than the blood of a bowl and goat putting his blood on the same par as that of a bull and goat that’s why we still call it atonement. The New Testament doesn’t use the word atonement. But we use atonement, atonement was covering. Jesus didn’t come to cover sin. He came to take away sin. ” ~ Bob George
