Anger is Fear in Disguise ~ Perfect Love Drives Out All Fear!

~ So many times when we get angry with someone, it is a reaction to our own fleshly fears. We are fearful of this happening or that happening, instead of resting in the perfect love of God. We all tend to let our flesh get in the way of responding properly to the totality of the word of God and that he causes all things to work together for good to those that love him. Additionally, there are people walking around in total fear today, because they do not know the Lord. They are not in Christ to begin with. Those that walk in fear and unbelief in their hearts have only to look forward to the lake of fire, the second death. They never placed faith in Jesus to begin with. In these last days it is becoming easier and easier to identify the tares from the wheat as the harvest is near.

~ “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.” ^{1 John 4:18}
~ “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” ^{Romans 8:28}
~ “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” ^{Revelation 21:8}

~ “Well, Adrianne, what I’ve found, in my experience is that anger is a secondary response to fear. In other words, I don’t know have you ever had a children or not. But if you have, and you ever lost them temporarily, like in a supermarket, while they were gone, you were petrified. When they came whistling around the corner with a box of Wheaties in their hand, you found them, you’d like to kill them. That’s a typical picture of being angry, followed by or fearful being followed by anger. If you were walking out in a dark street, and I was behind a tree, and I decide I’m going to play a trick on Adrianne, I’m going to jump out and scare the first reaction would be fright. And the second you’d like to punch me in the nose. You see how those things happen? So basically, you there’s very little talked about anchoring scripture. But there’s a ton talked about fear. Because fear is the trigger to anger. And now you can respond to a situation immediately in anger. But many times that all that is doing is triggering what that circumstance it looks like it’s bringing anger out of you, but it’s triggering the fear within you that then brings the anger out. And so you have to understand, first of all that fear, God has a solution to fear. And that’s perfect love casts away all fear. And I wouldn’t deal with the anger of it. I deal with the fear. What are the things that I’m fearful of? Because when you’re fearful and you think something’s gonna happen to you that makes you mad. And I would start asking God to, to, to bury his unconditional love into my heart. Okay, to the point that I’ve come to the point like the apostle Paul, that I’m convinced that nothing can separate me from the love of God. Trials can’t, tribulation can’t all those things produce fear and anger, hardships, trials, shipwreck, all the things that Paul went through, he said, No, we’re more than conquerors. For those who are in Christ Jesus, we’re more than conquerors. For I’m convinced nothing can separate me from the love of God. And he became convinced of that. And, and as a result of being convinced of that, I would venture to say that Paul suffered very little with, with having to deal with anger. There were certainly stories of Paul of getting angry, temporarily with Barnabas over John Mark, again, what caused what was that? Paul was fearful of taking John Mark, I’ve took him along and he failed me, I’m not going to do it again. And got angry at Barnabas wanting him to do it. So another example of fear and anger working together. So, so I think that’s what you have to I think that’s what you have to deal with. ~ Bob George
