Jesus is Key For Everything Today

~ The Sin Issue Has Been Paid in Full!

People love pretending they are Christians today, yet have no clue what being saved is in the first place. Many believe they are saved, because some person told them that if they pray this prayer they will be saved. Or, they falsely have placed faith in what Man and religion says salvation is (getting your sins forgiven), and so they must be saved if they asked for forgiveness by God. Obviously that’s what both Catholics and Protestants teach… Come to God to get your sins forgiven is taught practically in all so-called churches today. Yet that is satan’s lie of ongoing forgiveness by God.

If you ask a person if they are saved today, from a Christian denomination, they will most likely say, “yes I am saved.” After all they are not a Muslim or a Buddhist, and they “go to church” on Sundays, or they pray to God, or they do “good” things to prove to themselves that they are saved; and the list is endless. Yet most who say they are saved are NOT saved. And if you don’t believe that, all you have to do is ask a person what they believe salvation is? Nine times out of ten they will say “getting their sins forgiven by God.” Yet that is NOT salvation. Salvation is Life. The Life of Jesus comes to live in a person when they are saved. The very Spirit of Jesus comes to indwell a person, and give them LIFE. And it not just a saying either. For The actual HOLY SPIRIT comes and live inside a person for LIFE.

Romans 5:6-11

6 Yet indeed Christ, of us still being without strength, according to the right time, died for the ungodly. 7 For rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though on behalf of the good man perhaps someone would even dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates His love to us, that of us being still sinners, Christ died for us.

9 Therefore much more, having been justified now by His blood, we will be saved by Him from wrath! 10 For if, being enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved in His life! 11 And not only so, but also we are rejoicing in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.

Bob George’s radio show addresses callers’ questions about faith and salvation. Claudia from Pennsylvania seeks to understand salvation, and Bob explains the concept of being born again and receiving spiritual life through Christ. Justin from British Columbia discusses a friend’s interest in Islam, and Bob emphasizes the importance of true faith in Christ. Christine from California shares how Bob’s book transformed her walk with the Lord. Jane from Orange County questions the application of biblical laws, and Bob clarifies that the issue is unbelief in Christ. Joe from Indianapolis is concerned about his pastor’s lack of sermons on hell, and Bob advises him to discuss this with his pastor.

“Claudia basically, let’s, let’s just real and cover this. The Bible has to deal with two areas. One that you identify what God says about you, and then secondly, what God says about him, and so about you. He said that you and I are born into this world as sinners and and there’s a wage of sin called death. The wages of sin is spiritual death, and death is the absence of life. So you and I were not born with spiritual life. We were born dead spiritually. And that’s what has to be corrected. That’s what salvation is. God giving you life that you do not have. You have physical life, but you do not have spiritual life. And so that’s what salvation is, is the receiving of the spiritual life, who is Christ Jesus. Now, in order to give you a life called eternal life, a life that could never be lost, he had to take away eternally, the cause of spiritual death, which was sin. And that’s what Jesus did at the cross. He took away the sins of the entire world from the eyes of God, never to see them again. No man will ever go to hell because of his sins, only the sin, singular of the rejection of the Son of God who came to give us life. And so what you’re coming to Christ today, is Claudia is for his life to come into life, hard thing for me to do, to come to live in you and to be your Lord and Savior, you’re not doing very well as your own lord and savior, I assume, no, and so you’re ready to give up and allow him to come and to take his rightful place in your heart. It’s funny. It’s like a car trying to function all your life without gasoline in it. You’re pushing it, you’re washing it, you’re you’re showing your neighbors, but it won’t go anyplace, and that’s what we are apart from Christ that just as gas in the car is indispensable to the function of the car, God in the man is indispensable to the function of the man. And so we can try, but we can never get there. So Claudia today, if you want to make that, have made that decision in your heart, what you’re doing is thanking Him for His forgiveness that He provided totally, and now asking him to cure what your problem is and that spiritual death by coming and giving you life, and you feel you’re ready to do that today, right?”

“Claudia, according to the Word of God, it says to as many as received Him, and that’s what you just did, isn’t it? To as many as received him, he gave the right to become a child of God. So what did he just make you? A child of God? Absolutely, and I, too, am a child of God. So you and I are brothers and sisters, and so we’ve got it. You’ve got a huge family out there that you’ve just joined, not only here, but it says all the angels in heaven rejoice over one person that repents and changes their mind and comes to Christ. So you’re in for a great adventure, Claudia, and what God now wants you to do, it’s like a baby being born is to grow, and the way you grow is through being fair. Radio station back in Yeah, and then get a Bible. Do you have a Bible? Claudia, okay, I would get and I would then be I’m going to send you and we put you on hold get information. I’m going to send you a follow up course that will enable you to go into your Bible, look up those questions and search it out in the scriptures and then answer them, and it really will solidify what’s taken place in your life. Thank you and Claudia, anytime you want to call, you call. That’s what we’re here for. So don’t feel well, I called once. I don’t want to call again. You’re going to have questions along the way.
