Jesus Came to Give Life to the Lost Sheep

~ “Jesus spoke to them this allegory, but they did not know what it was that He was saying to them. Therefore Jesus again said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door. If anyone enters in by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and will go out and will find pasture. The thief comes only that he might steal and might kill and might destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.” John 10:6-10

~ The situation for today, is Life and Death. A dead person is in need of Life. They need the Holy Spirit living in them for life. That happens at the very moment a person places Faith in Jesus, God in the flesh. He took away all sins at the cross, so that everyone who believes in Him receives Life. His Life comes to living in them for ever and ever. They can never lose life. Once you have His Life living in you, nothing can kick out the Holy Spirit, NOT even yourself. You are sealed with His marker forever and ever.

Pay attention to Him today, and recieve His Life in you. Abide in Him for ALL TRUTH.

Bob George discusses the importance of living a life of faith, hope, and love in Jesus Christ. He addresses a caller’s question about Jesus’ command to the woman caught in adultery, explaining it as a call to live a new life. Bob emphasizes that believers should not plan to sin and should rely on God’s strength to walk in righteousness. He advises against using the term “God” ambiguously and encourages specific references to Jesus Christ. Bob also clarifies that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is unlikely today and reassures a caller about their salvation experience. Finally, he criticizes the legalistic focus on specific names for God, emphasizing the universality of Jesus’ name.

“So absolutely Pat, you ought to the best salvation message in the world is going up to a person like yourself. Let’s say you’re lost. Say Pat, I got some good news for you. What’s that? Bob? Did you know that God was in Christ reconciling you unto himself and not counting your sins against you, that there’s not one sin that you will ever be accountable for to God, except the sin of the rejection of the life of Christ? No, I didn’t know that. Did you know that the reason that Jesus died was to enter into your spiritual death with you, so that raised from the dead, you could enter into His resurrected life with him? And the consequence of sin is death, and that’s why Jesus said, I came that you might have life. I’m the resurrection and the life. He who has the Son has life. He who does not have the Son of God does not have life. The whole issue of salvation is there’s a consequence to sin. Doesn’t matter whether it was one little, tiny sin or just massive. The consequence is death, and the only solution to death is life, and the only life available to us is the resurrected life of Christ. Jesus. Do you want to come to Christ for life, thanking him for what he did for you at the cross, taking away the cause of death and accepting His resurrected life into your heart. That’s salvation message,” – Bob George
