Salvation is Life, The Life of God Through The Indwelling of The Holy Spirit

~ “For God so loved the world that He gave the Son, the only begotten, so that everyone believing in Him shall not perish but shall have eternal life.” John 3:16

~ Understanding Life is the most important thing today. Life is critical to having salavation. For without the Life of God living in a person, they are dead. They are the walking dead, yet they don’t know they are dead. They do not have the Spirit of God living in and through them. Many today in the religous world, think they are alive, but have no clue what salavation really is. For salvation to occur today, a person must become born again of the Spirit of God. They need to understand who Jesus is, God in flesh. They need to undersand what Jesus, God in flesh did at the cross for them, took away the sins of the whole world (of which everyone is included in that group), and then by Faith in Him, He comes and gives them Life at that very moment in time. The Holy Spirit is given to a person, and they become a new creation in Christ Jesus. The old has gone and behold all things become New. For they are no longer the person they once were, that being a person without the Spirit of God living in them. They past from death to LIFE. Now they are the New person, with the Spirit of God living in them for ALL eternity.

Bible Study Books

Bob George discusses the concept of salvation, emphasizing that it is a gift of eternal life, not something that can be lost by actions. He shows through the Scriptures that salvation is about obtaining life, not just forgiveness of sins. Bob also addresses the placement of the Ten Commandments in schools, advocating for their display as a moral guide. He criticizes the Jehovah’s Witnesses’ denial of Christ’s deity, suggesting that discussions should focus on this fundamental belief. George also clarifies that the HEBREW Sabbath is not applicable to Christians under the new covenant, and he dismisses the idea of a special anointing, emphasizing that all believers are anointed by the Holy Spirit.

“Yeah, absolutely. You know, Bill, one of the problems that people run into, and I say this, that anyone who thinks that you can lose your salvation does not know what salvation is, and I believe that with all of my heart. Salvation is life. To be saved, what are you saved from? The wages of sin, which is death. What do you save by? The gift of God, which is life? Now, most people think all you’re saved from is your sins, but salvation is saved from the from the byproduct of sin. In other words, it’s not the sin, it’s the byproduct. What did sin cause? Death. And so you have to realize that if you’re going to look at the word salvation, you’re going to have to look at what salvation means, and what salvation means is the obtaining of life. Now, in order to have eternal life, he had to deal eternally with what caused death, and at the cross is where he went to a cross, not to deal temporarily with sin, but to deal eternally with sin. Therefore, the eternal life that you and I have is a byproduct of the eternal dealing with what caused death, sin. And so, when we are saying that you could lose what God said is eternal, what you’re saying is the cross was not complete. He did not take away the sins of the world, and his resurrected life was not complete. He did not give you eternal life, he gave you temporal life. And so I believe that the doctrine of people teaching that you can lose salvation is because of people that don’t have a clue what salvation is to begin with. The kind of life, and the only kind of life that God offered you and me is called eternal life. And when you have the Son, you have that life, and when you don’t have the Son, you don’t have that life. It’s a cut and dried situation. It is not dependent upon what you do or don’t do. It’s depending upon who you have now become in Christ Jesus. So you and I are on the same track on that one, brother.” ~ Bob George
