The Holy Spirit Teaches us ALL Truth

~ Here is a key point to understanding Truth, and that is to depend on the Holy Spirit to teach you ALL TRUTH. Man, any man could be wrong in one area of the scripture and not even realize it. As Bob has said in the past, “I could be wrong, you could be wrong, we both could be wrong, but we both cannot be right.” Those are some good words of wisdom to remember. We are NOT to lean on our own understanding of anything today. We are not to even depend on what others say about the word of God (regardless of how much we respect them). We are to read the word of God for ourselves, and ask the Holy Spirit to give us wisdom in our understanding of everything.

For example, most people today, regardless of denomination, teach ongoing forgiveness by God, as though if you ask God to forgive you on an ongoing basis, or even at the very first time basis, that God is going to forgive you, all the while ignoring the fact, that without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins by God. That is just one example of how Satan has deceived the whole world into believing the lie of ongoing asking for forgiveness, without most people never ever giving a second thought to it. There are many other clear teachings in the word of God, that are crystal clear, yet we are believing in the teaching of Man (so called scientists), pastors taught at cemeteries, teachers, television personalities, etc, etc, and people place these folks on an idol pedestal without even realizing it.

Nothing is as it seems today. We have mentioned before, and if you have not realized this for yourself, Satan has deceived us all at one time or another. We were born into a world of deception, where, Satan, god of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4) has deceived the nations of the world. Satan we are also told is prince of the air (Ephesians 2:2). Yet we all tend to all gloss over those statements in the word of God, and lean on our own understanding of things rather than asking the Holy Spirit for wisdom to learn the true meaning. And sometimes when a person is pointed out these things in the word of God, they actually get very upset, because it messes with their perceived reality of things. But here is the thing, Truth is Truth regardless of what we think about it.

Lord Jesus, teach me the TRUTH of the world we live in today and the Truth of You.

But we speak wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to naught. But we speak in a mystery, the wisdom of God having been hidden, which God foreordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age has understood. For if they had understood it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it has been written:

“What no eye has seen,

and no ear has heard,

and has not entered into heart of man,

what God has prepared for those loving Him.”

For God has revealed it to us through the Spirit.

For the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. For who among men knows the things of the man, except the spirit of the man within him? So also, no one knows the things of God, except the Spirit of God. Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit from God, that we may know the things having been granted to us by God, which also we speak, not in words taught of human wisdom, but in those taught of the Spirit, communicating spiritual things by spiritual means.

But the natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God; for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to understand them, because spiritually they are discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, but he himself is judged by no one. “For who has known the mind of the Lord? Who will instruct Him?" But we have the mind of Christ. _{1 Corinthians 2:6-16}

Question: Does the Holy Spirit Teach Multiple Meanings to the Word of God?

“Yeah, the meaning of the word of God, there’s only one meaning, right. I mean, God says what He means, and means what he says. There’s only one meaning, but there’s many interpretations because of people, instead of leaning instead of realizing that what God said, that eye has not seen and ear has not heard, or mind is conceived. Of those things that God has prepared for those who love him, but it must be revealed by the Spirit. So instead of letting the Spirit of God living in us to reveal the meaning of it, which, again, when you stop to think about it, is pretty supernatural when you when you stop to think that an invisible Christ living in you is the one who reveals the meaning. But I know that to be true. Instead of that, we lean on our own understanding. We accept what we’ve learned in cemetery seminary and and we pass that on to the people in the pews. And so all of us are just byproducts of what ever the pastor has been taught in seminary.” ~ Bob George
