He, The Holy Spirit Lives In ALL True Believers

~ “All this I have spoken to you while I am still with you. But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you.” John 14:25,26

~ When you are listening to the Holy Spirit, He will direct ALL your paths. He will tell you to speak when He wants you to speak. He will tell you to listen, when He wants you to listen. When He wants you to do something, do it. When He wants you not to do something, don’t do it, even if it seems right in the world. There are subtle things that the Spirit is talking to you personally and teaching you All Truth. Learn to listen to Him speak to you. And the majority of our prayer life would naturally be listening to Him speak if we are abiding in the Spirit. Because He would be directing our paths in Everything and would be teaching us Truth.

Tune out the things of the world. Stop listening to the Tell-a-Vision, because they don’t call it tell-a-vision for no reason. It is designed to take the focus off of Jesus. Stop listening to the teaching of the world. Stop listening to known teachers that are off in their foundation of Truth in regards to forgiveness. Why? Because if their foundation is off, the rest of their teaching will most certainly be off too. Stop listening to known false prophets. Why? Because you know they are feeding you lies. There are people that justify listening to these other pastors who are proven to be false ministers of righteousness. Why would you want to listen to them and continue to be fed lies?

So there are many things you can do to get rid of the brainwashing we grew up under and the lies of religion. Get involved in a Bible study that you could lead even yourself. Star preaching Truth as God shows it to you. And don’t be afraid to repent of things that you once believed in the religion of lies. Because there are so many lies all over the place. We have all given lip service to the words of God. Listen closely. Pay attention to the details. Look at the tenses. Understand who Jesus is talking to. And when you begin to listen to Him, He will set the record straight on EVERYTHING. For God wants us ALL to know the TRUTH, including the lies of the world in which we live today. Don’t be afraid to ask for wisdom directly from God, for we ALL need it.

Bible Study Books

Bob George discusses the Holy Spirit’s role, emphasizing its permanent indwelling on Pentecost and its control by love, as seen in Ephesians 2:6. He clarifies that speaking in tongues is a known language, not babbling, and was essential for evangelism in the early church. Bob refutes the idea of a prayer language, stating that prayer is a language of the heart. He advises a caller from British Columbia to focus on her faith and not seek a Christian partner. Another caller from Indiana is encouraged to leave a legalistic church. Bob also explains the biblical context of sins being forgiven, emphasizing that it is bound or loosed in heaven, not by human authority.

“On the day of Pentecost was where the Holy Spirit of God was introduced to any to all believers, and that was the day in which the Spirit of God came to indwell believers permanently. Prior to that time, the Holy Spirit would come upon people for divine service. But then could be, could would leave them, but the permanent indwelling of the Holy Spirit could not have taken place until the cross of Christ, Jesus, because, and if, if this, the departure of the Holy Spirit would be spiritual death, and in order to ensure that you had eternal life, you had to deal eternally with the cause of spiritual death, which was sin. And so on the day of Pentecost, when it talks about and again, I don’t know why people keep just camping on these things. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages as the Spirit enabled them. Now, what does it mean to be filled with the Spirit? We talked about that in the afternoon, it means to be controlled by the love of God. Why would these people stand up and proclaim in front of people Peter as an example, who a number of days earlier, all of them were in hiding like cowardly people, huddled together in total fear of the Judaean people. And after accepting the Holy Spirit of God and receiving the Spirit of God, stood up boldly and said, You’re the one who killed the King of King and the Lord of lords. Where did that boldness come from? Where did that love come from? Because the most loving thing that you and I can do is to tell a person who’s lost how to be saved. There’s no other demonstration of love Jesus apart more great than to be able to tell a person who’s gone lost, how to be saved. It’s the most loving thing you ever do to a person if you really believe that if you are not saved, you’re going to live in eternal damnation. And so they they were filled with love, and they began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit enabled them now, any place in the Bible where you see filled with the Spirit, it means to be filled with the love of God, as it was told to us in Ephesians, in Ephesians, two so to be controlled, to be filled means to be controlled by And whatever you are living in dependency upon? Brings about the control upon you. If you are living in dependency upon drugs, drugs will control you. Why? Because of your dependency upon them to do so. That’s why they call it drug dependency. And so when you are controlled by the Spirit of God, it’s because you are depending upon the Spirit of God to control you, you’re yielding to the Spirit of God instead of letting the flesh control you, and you’re being controlled by love.”

“Well, Sheila, I think the best way to approach anything is just in sheer unadulterated honesty, and you had to have a reason for for wanting to leave the church, and whatever that reason is, is what I would communicate to them, and that you just, I have no idea what they were teaching or what it was that kind of tipped your well, the again, you can just To me, what I would do with that is, I just don’t agree with this, this, this form of teaching at all. First of all, it’s legalistic. First of all, it’s not true, right? And I, you know, Sheila, when I look at when I look at life, and I see things, I ask myself the question, Does anyone ever think something through? Let me give you an example that prayer is the language of the heart. Prayer is not a language of the tongue, right? Prayer is a language of the heart. God looks on the heart, and Man looks on the outside. And so you’ve got natural, which is man, and you got spiritual, which is God. God does not care. First of all, I don’t think he’s ever hear a word that any of us are saying. He doesn’t need to hear our words to know what we’re thinking. It says that no man knows what another man is thinking except the spirit that lives within him. And that means that I could be thinking something and communicating something totally different. That’s true in the same way no one knows what God is thinking except his spirit. That would be a dilemma for us if God did not give us His Spirit so that we can know and comprehend those things that he’s freely given us, which is what the scripture says now, so God is looking on our heart now we’re all hung up on whether we’re speaking in German or English or Japanese or angel or tongue. How important would that be if we didn’t have a tongue? That’s what I was thinking. How important would that be if we suddenly, as my mother had, was like Parkinson’s disease, and couldn’t speak at all? How important would that be? How important would that be if you were born what we used to call in a church, I went to the silent friends, you were born what we call deaf and dumb. You couldn’t hear and you couldn’t speak. How important would What language are you talking in be? Just think that through. How important would it be for people then to say, let’s pause for a moment and have a moment of silent prayer. If God needs us babbling in some kind of a language for him to hear us, all of that would be nonsense. I would stand up and say, This is nonsense. Teacher, you got to be talking for God to hear to you, you know, let’s not have this silent prayer stuff that we hear. I want noise. I want some verbiage wouldn’t wait. We don’t do that because we don’t think we do not use our minds, and that’s what the scripture says. Grow up, Quit acting like babies in these things. And so we get all hung up on verbiage, and God isn’t even listening to our verbiage. As I said, prayer is a language of the heart.” ~ Bob George
