What are you looking for? Has every need been met in your life? What about the meaning and purpose to life? What about a reason to live? What about wisdom, righteousness and forgiveness? Many people, lost and saved, are looking for things, something that lasts. They may not even be sure what they are looking for. And, if you are saved, have you not realized all that you do have in Him? You do not seek what you already have.
At some point, it is vitally important that you come to realize that the thing you are looking for is not in a thing but in a person, the person of Jesus Christ. I am not looking for wisdom, for in Him, He became wisdom for me. I am not looking for forgiveness, because in Him, I have become a forgiven person. He has become for me my wisdom.
