God is Not a Forgiveness Vending Machine

~ Most people believe the lie of ongoing forgiveness by God. They refuse to place faith in the finished work of Jesus on the cross and even calling Jesus a liar by their very actions. They wrongly believe and teach that 1 John 1:9 means to ask for forgiveness from God. First off, the word confess in the Greek means to agree with God. It never meant to ask for forgiveness. Yet that is still how the word confess is improperly understood in the world today and the worst offenders of that false teaching is within the organized church. Most people believe they plop in their prayer requests to God for forgiveness and out magically pops forgiveness by God. They even believe in several types of forgiveness, “positional forgiveness” and “experiential forgiveness” or whatever terms people are assigning to the various forms of forgiveness being taught today. The Spirit Has to Teach You the Meaning of the Word of God

~ The topic of Bible translations came up today. A caller wanted to know what bible translation she should use. There are many people that believe that the KJV is the only true bible to use out there. As though Jesus spoke in King James English and that the original writings were in King James English too. Keep in mind, that all bible translations have issues and that right there requires the Holy Spirit living in a believer to explain the true meaning of things, even in the original Greek or Hebrew languages. That is why we need to depend upon the Holy Spirit to teach us all truth. We need God’s discernment living in us to guide us into the meaning of the word of God and to correct us on our understanding of even the actual words and their proper meanings. A Closer Look at The Truth About Prayer

~ How do we pray? What are we supposed to pray for? Can prayer change things? Can prayer circumvent God’s will? Are your prayers of concern greater than God’s knowledge and will and his love for all? Can prayer cause God to do anything to change the outcome? These are some of the things that are discussed in today’s program.

First off, a prayer of asking for forgiveness from God is not even being close to a prayer of faith. As we have spoken in the past, faith is always a responder to Truth. Asking for something from God in which he has already done it, is a denial of what God did in the first place. That is NOT faith, but is unbelief in a very key aspect of God. So it is so important to understand this very truth in our understanding of God’s forgiveness before we can ever hope to understand the truth about prayer.

Living By Faith is Responding to God

~ Faith is a responder to God. Once a person understands the Finality of the Cross and the Reality of the Resurrection, then a person might ask the question, how do I live day to day with Christ Jesus? What do I do? And the simple answer is you live and walk by faith. Now faith is misunderstood by a majority of people today. They equate faith to grunting and groaning for God. Or to try and live righteously, because they still are believing in living in the energy of their flesh instead of resting in Him. So how do we rest in Jesus? By faith. There’s the word faith again. Faith is always a responder to Truth. Faith is simple, one plus one equals two. So what does two plus two equal? The eleventh chapter of the book of Hebrews makes it clear what faith is and gives many examples of Responders to the Truth of the word of God. So how are you responding to Truth today? Faith Says “Thank You” to God For What He Has Already Done

~ So many times, Satan and his agents have changed the meaning of Greek words used in the Scriptures to mean something completely different from what God intends them to be. We have to go back to the original meaning of those words for us to have the proper understanding of the word of God. The word “confession” in the Greek is one of them. First off, we need to address what the word confession does NOT mean. It does NOT mean to ask for forgiveness by God. It does NOT mean to go to the Catholic confession booth and ask a priest for forgiveness. It does NOT mean going into your virtual Protestant confession booth and asking forgiveness from God directly either.

False Ministers Are Preaching a Half Gospel, Which is No Gospel At All!

~ We need to understand that most pastors and teachers today are preaching a false gospel message, one that is based on the lie of ongoing forgiveness by God. We have gone far far past the point that they went out from us because they were never a part of us, for it is already clearly manifest that they were never a part of us. For if they really were a part of us, they would be teaching the message of completed forgiveness of ALL sins at the cross and the resurrected life of Jesus that comes into the life of a true believer when they by faith accept the things of God.
