Salvation is Eternal Life in Christ Jesus ~ We Are Saved Completely When the Holy Spirit Comes to Live in Us
~ People are confused with the idea that salvation by God is permanent and eternal. Part of the problem is that most people don’t understand what salvation is. Salvation is Life, eternal Life in Him. It is not a question of getting your sins forgiven today, for He forgave you all your sins on the cross nearly 2000 years ago. All of your sins were future when Jesus went to a cross, and He saw all of them and placed them on himself, forgiving you of all of them at the cross. If He did not forgive you of all of the them to begin with, then the next time you sinned, the Holy Spirit would depart from you. And that’s not going to happen. He said He will never leave us nor forsake us. Nothing can separate us from His love once we are in Christ Jesus. Nothing, not even ourselves can separate us from Him!
