Unbelief is the Worlds Sin

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P951 (07-18-24)

The Sin of the World is Unbelief in Jesus

~ There is only one sin that a person can surely repent of, and that is the sin of unbelief in Jesus. They need to change their mind about Jesus and what He did at the cross for them. He took away all their sins at the cross, never to be seen by God again. He is not counting anyone’s sins against them today. The issue is life and death. Remain dead, without the Holy Spirit of God living in a person when they reject Jesus. Receive His life in them when they accept what Jesus, God in the flesh has done for them. The sin of unbelief is sometimes very subtle too. A person wrongly thinks they are saved when they asked for forgiveness by God, yet we are told in the scriptures, that without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness by God. And we know that Jesus is never going to die on the cross again for their sins. So they still walk around in unbelief, by not believing Jesus did what He said, “It is Finished.” So don’t assume anyone is saved today based on their having asked for forgiveness from God.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Give to Truth, Don’t Give to Legalism

~ Anyone teaching tithing today is of a perverted mind. Those that are teaching you that God is going to bless you if you give is teaching perversion of the word of God. Stop listening to those false teachers. Don’t give a dime to them, even if it is a local church assembly that teaches tithing that you may have been going to for years and years. Because if a church pastor or pastors are teaching tithing, they are teaching old covenant theology, and don’t have a clue about the new covenant that we ALL live under today, and are teaching other false doctrines too. Furthermore, someone giving to this type of teaching, they themselves are giving to spreading more lies for Satan. It’s time to wise up. Ask for wisdom and understanding from God to know who to give to, and who NOT to give to. God doesn’t want you to give to build stronger jail cells for your mind. It is for freedom that He set us free, so be free in Christ Jesus. Today the sheep and the goats are becoming clearer and clearer.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Throw Off The Sin of Unbelief, The Sin That so Easily Entangles

~ In chapter 11 of the Book of Hebrews, we have been given the examples of faith in that chapter. And we are quick to discount what faith really is. We have actually forgotten that faith is responding properly to truth. God has given us truth at each point along the way and it is culminated with the Spirit of Truth living in each and every believer. Yet we are quick to even discount the Holy Spirit and end up not trusting Him for truth either. We tend to allow our flesh to guide us instead of the Spirit of God. And therein lies the problem. For Satan wants us to focus on our flesh and the teaching of men instead of the word of God. We need to start trusting in God to explain the word of God to each of us and what it means. It’s so important to remember that it requires the Holy Spirit to explain the meaning of the word of God to us today.

~ Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Jesus God The Creator Made All Things

Classic Christianity – Book of Hebrews P07 (09-12-23)

Jesus, The Creator of All Things, is Superior to The Angels

~ We are still in the first chapter of the Book of Hebrews, and as we have mentioned in the past, details matter on everything. The angels got to witness creation. We learn that through other areas of scripture. The angels were created by Jesus to begin with, and they were present at the time of God creating everything else into existence. And we know that Jesus Himself is the Creator of everything seen and unseen. We need to understand that Jesus, was always God to begin with and still is God. Jesus, God became flesh, and dwelt among man, and know this Jesus will return again to walk among Man again someday. In the meantime, God sent His Spirit, the Holy Spirit to live in each and every believer in Christ Jesus. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead, is the same Spirit that raises you and me from the dead when we place faith in Him. And by the way, we have the wisdom of God to be our wisdom for us. Though most live in the energy of their flesh, and thus they believe in the wisdom of man instead of the Wisdom of God.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Jesus Made us The New Temple of God

Classic Christianity – Book of Hebrews P06 (09-11-23)

The Only Solution for Everything is Christ Jesus

Jesus is the only solution to everything we have going wrong in the world today. Many people think that Man can solve man’s problems, but that isn’t so. How many times do we need to see that “no one is good, no NOT one?” God tells us that in his word, but do we really believe it? Most do not believe it and certainly do NOT place faith in that from the word of God. You can tell it by their actions. They constantly promote Man above God. They trust in their own understanding of things. They trust that some person out there is going to come along and save them from this world (or at least in America) we live in. They trust even in their own self effort, that they will somehow be able to escape the world’s fleshly desires on their own. They think, there is nothing wrong with holding out hope that a man is going to somehow save them. They are deceived by Satan. They even place faith in their technology idols, and wrongly justify it that it must be a gift of God to have these gurus that are nothing more than con artists working for team Satan.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Live by Truth and Respond With Faith

Classic Christianity – The Book of John P75 (07-26-23)

When You Teach the Truth About Jesus, The World Will Hate You

~ Teaching the truth about Jesus and forgiveness will get you thrown out of churches today. Why? Because Jesus told us, “if they hate you it is because they hated me first.” By in-large, most people will not accept the things of God. Why? Because they love themselves more than they love God. They would rather listen to the teaching of men than listen to the teaching of the Holy Spirit. They love things of the world more than they love God. They love the praises of men, more than they love God. They love their education of the world, more than they love God. They refuse to come to the Spirit of Truth for truth, for All truth, and instead rely on their own understanding of things to make the determination of whether they are even saved or not. Satan doesn’t want a person to go to the word of God and have the Holy Spirit show a person all truth. Satan wants to maintain the deception and the people are only too happy to comply because they love the world.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
