Follow The Message – Part 3 – 9-10-25

~ “Brothers, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us not to go beyond what is written. Then you will not take pride in one man over another. For who makes you so superior? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?” 1 Corinthians 4:6-7

~ If you haven’t figured it out by now, we are NOT to be Man followers. Yet that is exactly what is going on today. People will say, such and such has said this or that, and even on their social media platforms they will quote some famous theologian as though the thing they said is more important than the word of God. We have used the teaching of Man instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to teach us ALL truth. Why is this important today? Because Man can and does teach lies without even realizing it. Follow The Message – Part 2 – 9-09-25

~ “Now I have applied these things, brothers, to myself and Apollos, on account of you, so that in us you may learn, “not beyond what has been written,” so that not one of you should be puffed up for one over the other.” 1 Corinthians 4:6

~ Don’t get puffed up for one person’s teaching over another. It’s so easy to fall into the trap of thinking this modern day Man teacher has it all together today. Or that they have ALL TRUTH figured out. That’s where we go off the tracks, because we trust in the teaching of Man over that of God. We can be directed to the Scriptures by teachers, but it is God that makes things grow.

Not a one of today’s Man teachers has everything figured out of God. In fact, the more indoctrinated a person is in seminary training, the less likely they are to repent in key areas of Scripture of teaching satan’s lies of ongoing forgiveness for example. Can you imagine a pastor today, going to their congregation, and saying, “folks, I’ve got some news, I was teaching you wrong, but now I’ve come to understand TRUTH in the area of forgiveness by God, and I’m going to teach you TRUTH.”… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Follow The Message – Part 1 – 9-08-25

~ According to the grace of God having been given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, but another is building upon it. But let each one take heed how he builds upon it. For no one is able to lay another foundation, besides the one being already laid, which is Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 3: 10:11

~ We are here to proclaim the gospel of Jesus, NOT focus on a man. And today we all have a tendency to say, “such and such said” as though another person has more validity than the Word of God Himself. Let the word of God speak for itself. Know the Word. Allow the Word to live in and through you. Tell it like it is, from the Holy Spirit who lives in you, by abiding in Him. The Spirit will make known ALL TRUTH to you, when you trust Him to do that. And we are to share TRUTH today, no matter where that TRUTH leads us.
