Walk in Faith Today

Classic Christianity – A Life Changing Faith – Part 1 – 02-16-26

~ If we deliberately go on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no further sacrifice for sins remains, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume all adversaries. Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much more severely do you think one deserves to be punished who has trampled on the Son of God, profaned the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and insulted the Spirit of grace? ~ Most people will not grab a hold of this TRUTH, that there are no more sacrifices for sins, that there is no more asking for forgiveness of God, that all their sins were placed behind the back of God never to see them again, that Jesus took away the sins of the whole world, that it is Finished. These same people claim they are children of God, yet they continue in sinning against the knowledge of Truth. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is Received by Faith

~ Now to Him being able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery having been kept secret in times of the ages, but now having been made manifest also through the prophetic Scriptures, according to the commandment of the Eternal God, having been made known to all the Gentiles unto the obedience of faith— to the only wise God be the glory to the ages of the ages, which is through Jesus Christ. ~ When you receive the Truth personally, the gospel becomes your gospel that you want to share with others. You want to tell people how you were saved. You want to let people know the Truth of the Word of God, no matter the consequences. You want to share with your family and friends, and many times you want to shout it from the rooftops, that salvation is for EVERYONE today. God gives you a new heart, and it is a heart of Love for those who are lost. Jesus Saves Both Hebrews and Gentiles

~ And it happened to me, having returned to Jerusalem and of my praying in the temple, I fell into a trance and saw Him saying to me, ‘Make haste and go away with speed out of Jerusalem, because they will not receive your testimony about Me.’

And I said, ‘Lord, they themselves know that in each of those synagogues I was imprisoning and beating those believing on You. And when the blood of Your witness of Stephen was poured out, I myself also was standing by and consenting and watching over the garments of those killing him.’

And He said to me, ‘Go, for I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’”

Now they were listening to him until this word. Then they lifted up their voice, saying, “Away with such from the earth. For he is not fit to live!”

And they were crying out and casting off the garments and throwing dust into the air. The Holy Spirit to Give Us His Power

Classic Christianity – Being Available To God – Part 1 – 02-09-26

~ “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, for you to abound in hope in the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13

~ It’s important to understand, we who are in Christ Jesus, the Holy Spirit lives in us, and we have His power living in and through us to share Truth with others. Each of us has been given a mission in life by God Himself. He directs our paths to do and say what He would have us do and say, Not in the energy of the flesh, but by His power who lives in and through us. Just like the Apostle Paul was given his personal directions by God, we too are given our directions by Him when we focus on Him and what He wants us to say and do. For the Holy Spirit has many things to teach us ALL today of the Truth of the word of God. Let’s go on to maturity in the Faith and discover the other Truths in the Word of God.

The Law is Like a Mirror

Classic Christianity – Truth or Traditions – Part 3 – 02-04-26

~ “You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified.” Galatians 3:1

~ Those who are mixing law and grace are living as though Jesus hasn’t done His job. They are trying to do what God has already done. They are trying to justfy themselves based on what they do instead of focusing on what Jesus God has already done. And the Apostle Paul called out the Galatians for doing this. In fact, he was astonished that they went back under the legal system of law keeping, and called them foolish. Now some would say “That is not very loving, of you Paul. You might want to tone it down a bit.” Yet Paul even called out Peter for doing a similar thing in the book of Acts. As has been mentioned, is it loving to NOT tell Truth, and simply gloss over the deception that a person is falling under? Of course not. Truth is always important and that is why we have to be bold in our declaration of Grace. Set the record straight with people. In Jesus Death is Swallowed up in Victory

Classic Christianity – Truth or Traditions – Part 2 – 02-03-26

~ “For the Law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the Law of sin and death.” Romans 8:2

~ In Christ Jesus, death is swallowed up in Victory! Even though these physical bodies of flesh and blood are in a state of dying, our new bodies of flesh and bone are waiting that will never die. For God has given us a Spirit that never dies, His Spirit living in us, and giving us Life the moment we placed Faith in Him. And because the law was fulfilled by Jesus, and we who are in Christ are made alive in Him, and He is in us, therefore there is no more law that can cause our deaths. This should be good news to all.

Sadly, many will not receive the Good News Gospel message. For they are out there trying to justify themselves before God and Man. They think they can obey the law, even though there is no more temple to sacrifice for sins. So what do people do today? They pick and choose which laws they think they can keep.
