Prophecies Regarding Jesus the Messiah ~ The Seventy “Sevens”

~ In the perfect timing of God, all things happen at just the right time. When the word of God says something is going to happen at a specific time, you can be sure it’s going to happen when God has declared it to happen. And for the birth of Jesus, God coming into the world born as a man, first born of all of creation, God knew exactly the time and place for that event to occur. We have said it before and will say it again, details matter in everything. And the details laid out by Daniel are exact in the prophecies related to Jesus and His arrival and what transpired on the human scene the first time he was here upon the earth. So we should pay attention to those details, and seek to understand them in greater detail, for God wants us to know the details, otherwise He would not have given them to us to begin with.

The Angel Gabriel Was And Is Instructed By God Himself to Be a Key Messenger

~ Angels are ministering spirits sent by God Himself to serve those who will inherit salvation. The angel Gabriel had lots of special duties to share very important messages to people that are recorded in the scriptures. We ought to pay attention to these details, because details matter. Details matter not only in our understanding of who Jesus is, and what He came to do, and what He did on the cross for the sins of the whole world (having taken away the sins of the whole world), but the details matter in creation too. We see in scripture that God (Jesus the Creator of All Things), created the EARTH with foundations. The EARTH still has foundations and cannot be moved. Many times we gloss over the details in the word of God. Time to start paying attention to ALL details. Because in these last days, the unsealing of the Truth of the word of God (spoken of by Daniel) is happening right before our very eyes. There Aren’t Any Big Deals, There’s Just a Big God

~ Pride is a factor that can easily be exploited in any one of us. Pride lives in our flesh. Pride says, “I want to be number one.” It’s the same thing that is coveting. In fact, it’s the one sin that is hardly ever mentioned by any pastors and teachers today. And the reason is, because we all covet. And those who are in Christ Jesus can see it rear its ugly head in themselves and it is quite obvious in others. The self righteous people proudly say, “I’ve repented of all my sins.” No they haven’t. They haven’t repented of the sin of lying or coveting. No one has ever repented of all of their sins. And those that think they have, are proud of their acting like they have. For it puffs them up. “Look how good I am God. Look at me, I don’t do this or I don’t do that.” These people are only fooling themselves. They are lying to themselves and others. They are not walking in Truth. How Do We Know We Are Saved? What is the Gospel That Saves?

~ So many people today are confused as to what even is the true gospel that saves a person. Many people have added to the gospel that truly saves. There are so many false teachers on television, radio and the Internet, that are preaching a different gospel than the ONE gospel that saves a person. And one of the most twisted deceptions that Satan has thrown at the world are ALL the different false gospel messages, that makes many people believe they are saved when they are not. For most people, when you talk with them, don’t even understand what salvation is. Most people falsely believe that salvation is when they get their sins forgiven, based on their asking God to forgive them. They don’t realize that God has already forgiven them at the cross, and that God is NOT counting anyone’s sins against them today. The Law Brought Death ~ Jesus Brings Eternal Life to All Who Place Faith in Him

~ Many today practice law keeping, as though they think they can actually keep the law. They are only fooling themselves, and puffing themselves up, thinking they are better than someone else out there. Those that think they can keep the law are not saved, because the law has not done its work in them. For the law has not lead them to Christ Jesus yet. People need to understand the stringency of law keeping, for if you break any part, ANY PART, of the law, from day you are born till the day you die, you will die dead. They will not have the Holy Spirit living in them to give them eternal life. If the law has done its job, it would have shown a person the fact that they are dead and in need of Jesus for life. Only by placing faith in Jesus will a person have eternal life. Nothing else will do. ~ Satan was one of the brightest stars. He was the morning star. He was the most beautiful of the angels in all of creation. And yet he himself became proud of everything he was and coveted to be like God. We see the same type of things going on with people today. So many times, we have seen people that think they know it all. They have been to all the top schools. They have a PhD in this subject or that subject. They slap DOCTOR on their door, Dr. so and so. They introduce themselves as Doctor wherever they go and to whoever they are speaking to. They are proud of all their schooling, for they think they have much wisdom in all that knowledge they have gathered to themselves from the world. Yet all of that counts for nothing when it comes to knowing God. In fact, knowledge of the world is dung, as compared to knowing Christ Jesus and His Truth.
