Your Sins Were Taken Away at the Cross ~ Are You Placing Faith in That?

~ Your sins have been forgiven! Obedience to the word of God is clear today. There is only one way to God, and that is through Jesus the Christ. Jesus took away all your sins on the cross. Are you being obedient to that in the word of God or are you placing faith in your own self efforts? Are you rightly dividing the word of God, or are you trying to gain God’s favor based on self righteousness, self effort, and trying to obey God’s law, which incidentally God calls all your self righteousness efforts as filthy rags? [ref. Isaiah 64:6] One way and only one way is anyone declared righteous in the sight of God. Faith in Jesus! That is true obedience.

No One Gets Their Sins Forgiven Today by God ~ Do You Place Faith in That?

~ The cross happened one time, and Jesus is never ever going to go back on the cross to die to forgive more sins. It was one and done. It is finished! Do you believe it? Or are you placing your faith in the teaching of men rather than God? Most people will say they believe in Jesus, but what is it that they really believe about Jesus? Do they believe in the finality of the cross? Most don’t. Most show by their prayers (of asking for more forgiveness from God) that they don’t have a clue about what Jesus really did on the cross. Start listening to the teaching of the Holy Spirit instead of the teaching of men. Throw away your false teachers of the law. If a teacher can’t get the basics correct about God and forgiveness, why would anyone want to promote false teachers when a person knows the Truth for themselves? ~ When we are in Christ Jesus, and He is in us, we have the mind of Christ living in us forever. Focus on Him and, it doesn’t matter what happens in the storms of life. We can have peace that passeth all understanding to the lost man. Trust in Jesus for everything.

In Christ Jesus You Are Saved Completely ~ There Are No Buts!

~ Today, just like in the past, there are people that will say, Yeah, I was saved, BUT if you sin too much, you can lose your salvation. The people that teach this will never be able to tell you how much sinning is required to lose your salvation, but they will still claim that someone can lose salvation. People like this don’t have a clue what salvation is. And they are also not being led by the Holy Spirit, because they live a life of buts. For if righteousness could be gained by obedience to the law, then Christ died for nothing. A person without the Spirit of God living in them, does not understand the things of God. If you are in Christ Jesus, it says you have the mind of Christ living in you. Start trusting him for TRUTH if he does live in you.

Abide in The Holy Spirit, If The Spirit Lives in You!

~ Once we come to Jesus by faith, then the Holy Spirit is alive living in us. We are told to walk by the Spirit so as do not follow the desires of the flesh. It doesn’t say the desires of the flesh will go away. It says for us to place our focus on the Spirit, for we have the mind of God living in us, if we are in Christ Jesus. We are told to depend on the Spirit. Our flesh counts as nothing. And furthermore, this body of flesh is not going to inherit the kingdom of God. So we are told to count ourselves dead to the flesh and once again focus on the Spirit.

~ “This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” Galatians 5:16

~ “Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The New Covenant is New

We Are Under a New Covenant Today! Exercise Faith.

~ There are a great number of pastors and teachers today that are teaching legalism in one form or another. An indicator is they teach error in teaching tithing is for today. They will cherry pick the old testament scriptures, attempting to make people feel guilty about not paying tithes, as though tithing is for today. Tithing was old covenant. We live in a new covenant today. The tithe was set up to support the old covenant Levitical priesthood. Today, we have a new priest, Jesus Christ, one that lives forever. So legalistic pastors and teachers will still push the tithe yet forget about all the other aspects of the law. The teaching of tithing for today is an indicator of what these people really believe and teach. Get away from these legalistic corrupt teachers, stop listening to them, stop giving to them (exercise faith) because it says, they have a perverted corrupt mind of those that teach godliness is a means to financial gain.
