What God did you respond to folks? The god who rewards the righteous or the GOD Who Justifies the Wicked?

We will review a bit of yesterday’s program and then continue on with taking A Closer Look at The Reality of The Resurrection with that same lesson. The importance of this message can not be overstated. God is the one that justifies the wicked. He doesn’t reward the righteous, for there aren’t any. The sooner we understand that, the sooner we come to the end of ourselves and the sooner we can share the full truth of the gospel with others.

Now, is that good news, or is that bad news? Well to the self-righteous, I don’t like that because I want to make myself holy. And so we walk around and think we’re going to make ourselves holy, by what we wear, the length of our hair, what we wear to compare all to everything else. Jesus is God Who Justifies the Wicked

Let’s continue on with Taking a Closer Look at The Reality of The Resurrection.

Romans 4:5
5 However, to the one who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the wicked, his faith is credited as righteousness.

Last week, I think at least to me, was one of the most important lessons that we’ve ever done since I’ve been a Christian. And as I think back on that and again, to see the unbelievable importance of the communication to people that there is either a God that is the true God that has been revealed to us in the scripture or there are god’s we just make up in our own minds. And it’s vitally important to know which one we have responded to. As we said last week, we talked through the book of Romans in the passages of Romans, where it is talking about the fact that to the man who does not work, but trusts the God, who justifies the wicked, his faith is credited to him as righteousness.
