The Gospel of Christ Has Been Perverted Today Big Time

~ “I am amazed that so quickly you are deserting from the One having called you in the grace of Christ to another gospel, which is not another, except there are some who are troubling you and are desiring to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel out of heaven should preach a gospel to you contrary to what we proclaimed to you, let him be accursed! As we have said before, even now I say again: If anyone is preaching a gospel to you contrary to what you received, let him be accursed!” Galatians 1:7-9

Nothing has changed today. Things have actually gotten much much worse. Most of the so called Christian world today believes and listens to teachers that their itching ears want to hear, and are listening to a perverted gospel message, which is no gospel at all. The Apostle Paul’s Matter-of-Fact Message to the Galatians

~ Folks, when Paul wrote the message to the churches in Galatia, he was as subtle as a meat cleaver. Which is to say, he told it like it is, and didn’t pull any punches. There are some today that get so bent out of shape when you tell them things matter-of-factly, that they will say things like, “that is not being very loving” as though Not telling Truth is somehow more loving. How much sense does that make to not tell the truth, or to beat around the bush, or to be so watered down in what a person says, that the reader can take it to mean many different things any way they want to believe, instead of being told exactly as it is? Jesus told things as it is, and because of that the Edomites had Him killed on a cross. Jesus called these Edomites, being of their father the devil. Welcome to The Study of the Book of Galatians

~ Join us as we begin our study on the letter to the Galatians. The letter to the Galatians, was written by the Apostle Paul and sent to the churches in the providence of Galatia. This letter would have been read by people in those churches, not buildings, but churches (believers who met together in homes), and were learning more about Jesus and the Truth of the New Covenant we live in today and understanding the difference between law and grace. And Paul, a straight shooter, tells it like it is, unlike most people today who are timid of telling it like it is. And when there is a troubling issue going on in the early church, he doesn’t mince words. He tells them as clear as day as to what is going on. And it has to do with the key message of Law and Grace.

Jesus is The Mediator of the New Covenant

No One Can Live Under Both The Old and New Covenants

~ The old covenant doesn’t even exist today. No one can or could keep the old covenant of God. The law of God was fulfilled by Jesus, and he ushered in a new covenant upon his death on the cross. So it’s super important that we actually understand what the new covenant is. God is NOT counting your sins against you. God is NOT counting anyone’s sins against them. That is what enables a person to recognize the love of God, for God so loved the world that he sent His Son, that whoso ever believes in Him should not perish and shall have eternal life. When a person accepts Jesus and what he did on the cross for them, the Holy Spirit comes to live in them immediately giving a person eternal life. And by the way, it is NOT some future event, it is this very moment that a person places faith in the Son. When you have the Son, you have Life.

Jesus Wants to Give You Rest for Your Soul

~ We sometimes need to be reminded, that Jesus came to give us rest for our souls. Many folks have rebelled against religion, they have rebelled against the hypocrisy involved, they have rebelled against the people that act all holier-than-thou. And quite frankly, we are actually to rebel against those things. Because God doesn’t want us to be under the slave system. He came to set us free from all that garbage. And yes, it is filthy garbage. It is dung, as the Apostle Paul said. Throw it away. Don’t support your slave masters. Get rid of listening to those that would place you back under the yoke of slavery. For it is freedom that Jesus has set us free. Rest in Him today, and He will give you rest for your soul. He will never leave you no matter what. Come to Jesus for Rest today.

No One Keeps The Law ~ No One is Good ~ Only Jesus is GOOD!

~ There aren’t any law keepers today. There never were any law keepers. There are simply hypocrites that pretend they are keeping the law of God. The law pretenders are out there in droves. They try to practice “law keeping” and think they are righteous in the sight of God based on their “good works” as though they have good works in and of themselves. You can spot these liars a mile a way. They lie to themselves and others about their ability to keep the law of God. They even put down the teaching of grace because in their mind, they look on that as a license to sin, as though someone needs a license to sin. They don’t have a clue about the resurrected life of God, and the Holy Spirit living in the life of a believer. They go through the motions of great pretenders.
