Law Was Given by Moses ~ Grace Was Given by Jesus Christ

~ The Contrast Between Law and Grace
The Word of God makes abundant use of a very helpful teaching tool—contrasts: light and darkness, the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan, life and death, lost and saved, just to name a few. And one very beautiful and educational contrast found throughout the Bible is law and grace.

Far from being a dull theological subject, law and grace is the very backbone of the gospel. The difference between the two is at the heart of how a person is saved and, equally important, how a person will live the Christian life. Law and grace is not a side issue, it winds its way into every nook and cranny of the Christian life.

Without a proper understanding of law and grace, a person will be “double minded, and unstable in all his ways” (James 1:8). The Bible will be hopelessly contradictory for such a person and he will be unable to relate to God with confidence and thanksgiving.

All Your Sins Have Been Forgiven Once For All at The Cross

~ Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins. (Hebrews 9:22) So many times, we overlook key points of Scripture and don’t exercise faith in what we know to be true. To continue to ask God for forgiveness is telling God that you don’t believe He forgave (past tense) you of all your sins on the cross. It is time to put that thinking to rest and stop making a mockery of the cross and effectively calling God a liar. Instead, thank Him for the forgiveness you have in Christ Jesus and recognize that He forgave you of every sin before you even committed it. Thank you God is your confession of faith. Believe it! Believe in Jesus. Believe “that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.” 2 Corinthians 5:19

Thank you God for having forgiven me of all of my sins on the cross!!!

Agree With God That He, Jesus Forgave Your Sins Once For ALL

Is the 10 Commandments for the believer today? No, the Law is for the unbeliever. Become a believer. Agree with God that Jesus took away all your sins on the cross. He forgave you of all your sins on the cross. The Holy Spirit wants us to know this. He wants us to know the Love of God and His power to understand together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Ephesians 3:14-19
¹⁴ For this reason I kneel before the Father, ¹⁵ from whom every family a in heaven and on earth derives its name. ¹⁶ I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, ¹⁷ so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.
