We Are To Offer Our Bodies as a Living Sacrifice to God

~ “Therefore I urge you, brothers, on account of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.” Romans 12:1

When we are in Christ Jesus, and He is in us, we have been made Holy and acceptable in His sight. And since we are already Holy and acceptable in His sight, then we are to make our bodies available to be used by Him as we abide in the Spirit of God. Now abiding in the Spirit of God does not mean the world is going to like you, and if the world does like you, then that is a red flag. Because quite honestly you will be hated by the world if you are in Christ Jesus. Jesus said, “If the world hates you, understand that it hated Me first. John 15:18” And sometimes that same thing will even come from some Christian friends, for they will not understand the things that you do by walking in the Spirit. They might want to get you to go to a movie, or some sports game, or watch a television show, or even do some service for them; and the Holy Spirit is telling you, “No, I don’t want you doing that.”… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

God is Jesus, Father and Holy Spirit ~ The Three Are ONE

~ “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Genesis 1:1

Then God said, “Let US make man in OUR image, after OUR likeness, to rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, and over all the earth itself and every creature that crawls upon it.” Genesis 1:26

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:1-5

There are people today, that deny Jesus is God. They will say, yes they believe that he is the son of God, as though Jesus is a creation of God the Father, but they don’t accept Him as God in the flesh. They don’t understand that the title given of Jesus, being the Son of God is an identifier of Him being God in the flesh.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Eternal Life From Death

Classic Christianity – Book of Galatians P27 (09-25-24)

Whoever Believes in Jesus Has Eternal Life

~ “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life. Whoever rejects the Son will not see life. Instead, the wrath of God remains on him.” John 3:36 Salvation is a Life and Death issue. Salvation is LIFE. Life Eternal with God is LIFE. Life is salvation. A person is saved from death and is given life. The problem is most people don’t realize they are dead. There are billions in the world that are the “walking dead.” How do we know that? Because without the Spirit of God living in them, they are dead. The word of God tells us that is so. They are dead people walking all over the place. And most people don’t want to believe that. They think they are saved because Satan convinced them they are saved by doing something, and keeping in good standing with God, going to their confession booths, ongoing vending machine forgiveness of sins with God, making sure you do more good works than bad works, whatever those may be, getting baptized in their church, going to communion in their church, helping others out, giving to the poor, tithing, becoming progressively better and better, doing holy things, and on and on it goes.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Believers Are The Church

Classic Christianity – Book of Galatians P26 (09-24-24)

Church is NOT a Place You Go, It’s Who You Are if You Are in Christ Jesus

~ So let’s get real today. No one goes to church. That would be like saying I go to “body,” because the body of Christ is the church today, and no one goes to have body. Yet we use the term lets go have church. How much sense does that make?

Everyone is into their church, church, church, church. What’s your church doing? ‘Our church has morning breakfasts. Well our church has potlucks. And our church has Bible studies. And our church has mission trips planned. And our church is building a bigger building because we have a lot more “church” members now. And our church has such beautiful music, and a band and everything and plays all the modern “Christian music” with all kinds of musical instruments. Well our church has a choir. And our church has drama plays with actors and everything. And our church has men’s and women’s groups. And our church has couples classes. Well our church has singles classes. But our church has such a good Sunday school for our youth, with a vacation Bible school every year.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Church is Not a Building

Classic Christianity – Book of Galatians P25 (09-23-24)

Church is NOT a Building on The Corner of Walk and Don’t Walk

~ Our understanding of “church” today for most everyone has become a substitute to knowing Jesus. Most people have no clue what the church really is, but they will talk about all the wonderful things their “church” is doing. They love their “church.” They love their priest, or their pastor. They love the church programs. They love singing in the church choir. They love pretending they are holy by attending their “church.” And all of it is filled with hypocrisy. Because people have substituted their church and don’t have a clue what salvation is in Christ Jesus, they are a slave to the lies of Satan. Oh, they will tell you they go to church to get their sins forgiven, or to take communion, as though that saves them. They will go and be baptized in their “church” for various motivations to do other things. They go to “church” on Sundays or Saturdays, or special Wednesdays in order to show their commitment to their “church.” They will tell you that they are going to “church” as though it is a place they go to, all the while never coming to the knowledge of TRUTH.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Salvation is Eternal Life in Him

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P970 (09-19-24)

Salvation is When The Life of Jesus, The Holy Spirit Comes and Indwells the Believer for LIFE ETERNAL

~ Many people today think that if they simply name the name of Jesus, they are saved. Most have no idea what salvation really is. And those that are truly saved, the devil would like nothing better than to convince you that you are not saved. So it’s very important that everyone understand what salvation is, and what it is NOT. First off, salvation is not getting your sins forgiven. That is what most people believe salvation is, both Catholics and Protestants alike and most religions of the world have forgiveness as a key component to what they claim salvation is, as though you get better over time. Second off, salvation is NOT something in the future, as though it were after a believer dies, and only then do they get eternal life. Salvation is now, at this very moment in time for the believer. Salvation is the very LIFE of God, the Holy Spirit coming into a person, and taking residence with the true believer. God makes that person a new creation, One with God in Christ Jesus.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
