~ Jesus is the exact representation of the Father in heaven. We are told that no one has seen the Father, except the Son of God, who came down from Heaven. “No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.”  John 3:13 When we understand that, through the teaching of the Holy Spirit, then we begin to understand the TRUE God. God is Spirit, and we must worship him in spirit and in TRUTH. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” John 4:24 Only a person that has the Holy Spirit living in them, can truly worship God. At the time of Jesus said this, people did not understand it. It wasn’t until after the cross that the Holy Spirit came to live in people. Jesus is God in Flesh

~ Jesus was and is and always has been God. However, Jesus became God in flesh when he was born a MAN. Jesus was the perfect MAN and GOD at the same time. Even the disciples had a difficult time understanding that Jesus was God right in front of them. Philip had asked Jesus to show them the Father. And Jesus said, “Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father.” Today, there are many people that still ask that same type of question. They have a difficult time understanding that GOD is the FATHER, SON and HOLY SPIRIT. This is GOD. You cannot separate one from the other. ALL three are ONE. GOD.

~ The topic of Bible translations came up today. A caller wanted to know what bible translation she should use. There are many people that believe that the KJV is the only true bible to use out there. As though Jesus spoke in King James English and that the original writings were in King James English too. Keep in mind, that all bible translations have issues and that right there requires the Holy Spirit living in a believer to explain the true meaning of things, even in the original Greek or Hebrew languages. That is why we need to depend upon the Holy Spirit to teach us all truth. We need God’s discernment living in us to guide us into the meaning of the word of God and to correct us on our understanding of even the actual words and their proper meanings. ~ So often, people will take things out of context from the word of God and try to say that there are contradictions in the word of God, failing to realize that things are written from different perspectives. Timing and sequences of events are important to consider also.
