So also is it true, that as a Christian or a religious person, if you do not have a firm foundation in what truth is, the person of Jesus Christ, you too will fall with a great crash. So, who is this person of Jesus Christ? Many religious people, and even non-religious people, know something about him, that he influenced history, changed men and nations. You read about Jesus whenever you see A.D. written on a calendar, which means, “the day of our Lord”. Hardly an American has not heard or sung a Christmas carol during the Christmas season, such as “Emmanuel, God with us”, but do you know the significance of what that means? Have you thought about the words to that song, and where they came from?
