Apart From Jesus You Can Do Nothing!

~ A simple statement in the word of God, yet most discount it. Jesus said, “Apart from me you can do nothing.” Yet we pass over those words of God so quickly, because we want to do things our way. The word “Nothing” is very encompassing, yet people think they can do a little something for God. They think that they are basically okay, but every now and then when they sin, then they need God to take care of that sin. Or they think that once they are in Christ Jesus, that now they can begin to work for God as though they are some kind of “big deal” because of all the “good” things they do for God. Folks, when are we going to get it into our heads, that we can’t do anything good apart from Christ Jesus living in us and through us? All we can do is offer our bodies as a perfect sacrifice to God (Romans 12:1), to allow him to live his life in and through us. There is nothing else we can do for God. NOTHING. Discovering the Grace of God Through His Word

~ There are people today that place the emphasis on learning about the grace of God by going to a seminary. Or hearing from someone that is a doctor of divinity, as though that piece of paper places a person on a pedestal of understanding in order to teach the word of God. There are even people today that want to know what seminary a person has gone to as to whether they are going to listen to that person or not. Once again, these all are a form of man’s teaching instead of being taught by the Holy Spirit.

The number one place to learn about the grace of God is through the Scriptures. Once a person has accepted Jesus, and the Holy Spirit comes to live in them, they will want to know more and more about Jesus. And the prime place to learn is the actual word of God. And the Holy Spirit will explain the meaning of God’s Word too. It all begins with the foundation of Jesus, and the meaning of the cross and the resurrection for Life. Come Let Us Reason Together Says God

~ Satan loves stirring up the mind of the true child of God to make them doubt their salvation because Satan or other demons will whisper in your ear or even hearing through false teachers and agents of Satan that God is upset with you or disappointed with you when you don’t toe the line so to speak. We need to come to realize that is NOT God talking to us. For the cross took away all your sins, and God is no longer counting your sins against you. Keep in mind, 99.99% of pastors and teachers are teaching Satan’s lies. And we need to understand that and listen to the Holy Spirit teach us TRUTH. We need to stop listening to Satan’s false ministers of righteousness. There is NOTHING good in them. If a pastor or teacher doesn’t understand and properly teach that all your sins were forgiven at the cross and that there is no longer any more forgiveness given by God, then don’t listen to anything they have to say. Placing Faith in Jesus is Obedience to the Word of God

~ There are many many people today that say they have to be obedient to the word of God, yet they show by their actions that they are NOT obedient to the Word of God. For they have NEVER placed faith in the actual Word of God, Jesus. People are out there grunting and growning for Christ instead of resting in Jesus and His finished work on the cross. They are deceived by Satan, thinking that they are pleasing to God based on what they do or they don’t do. Those that practice law keeping, and by the way, they can only practice law keeping, for no one keeps the law. No one obeys the law of God. These folks will try to judge a true child of God that has found their freedom in Christ Jesus. They will question you, Where do you go to church on Sundays? Beware of Actors and Hypocrites That Have a Form of Godliness

~ The world is filled with christian hypocrites that can easily fool the world into thinking they must be a child of God, because after all, they say the name of Jesus. Or they talk about the bible left and right and know Scripture inside and out and can repeat verses to you, so they must be a child of God. Or they do all these so called good works, so they must be a child of God. And then remember that Satan’s agents are transformed into ministers of righteousness also. And then people can pretend they are righteous too, based on what they do or don’t do. People will say, “I pray everyday to God” as though that makes them a child of God. People will say, “I go to church on Sundays and Christmas and Easter” as though going to a building makes them a child of God. There Remains a Sabbath-rest for the People of God

~ The teaching from the Book of Hebrews is for Everyone, Not just the Hebrews of yesteryear. Yet hardly anyone teaches the book of Hebrews today. And those that do teach it, teach it with major errors throughout the book. The main reason is very few actually understand it and teach it correctly from the pulpit, because quite honestly most are not saved, and that includes the teachers themselves. And if you haven’t figured that out by now, that most pastors and teachers in brick and mortar churches as well as online churches are actually teaching lies, then there might be a good chance you yourself are not saved either. For discernment comes from the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit makes it known what the word of God means, its True meaning, to the child of God. And yet there are so many people today that will listen to liars left and right, that still don’t understand the sabbath rest we are under. And the people themselves are disobedient to the truth, for they refuse to obey it.
