Classic Christianity – A Closer Look at The Finality of The Cross P39 (11-03-21)
Receive Jesus and His Eternal Life in You and His Righteousness Imputed to You
What transpired at the Trial and Crucifixion of Jesus reveals who Jesus is and what He came to do. Jesus is God, He died in our place in order to give us eternal life. He came to be a king of a new kingdom not of this world, for His kingdom is to be lived within you, His righteousness imputed to you.
As you read again in the gospel of John, in John 18:28-40, where Jesus appears on trial before Pontius Pilate, with the kinds of questions Jesus is asked and His answer, and the unbelievable hypocrisy of the Jewish leaders, and the willingness of the Roman rulers to be so complicit in what ultimately led to His crucifixion, what insight, what understanding can you glean as to who Jesus is and His purpose on this earth? Can you come to a conclusion on not only what he died for but what He came for, as it relates to the meaning of not only the cross but also the resurrection?

Be Set Free to Grow in Grace, With Christ Alive Living in You, Teaching You Truth
Many people have this concept of separation of church and state, where what you do on Sunday at church, or what you believe about in the religious or spiritual realm, has no bearing on the physical realm. It is like what scripture says, that they have a form of godliness but deny its power thereof (2 Timothy 3). But church is people who have the Spirit of the God living in them (Romans 8:9-11). He can take captive every thought and make it obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). A lost person can only relate in the physical realm through his human spirit that is dead to God. His human spirit is alive to this … Listen to Broadcast & Read More
Classic Christianity – Book of John Part 57 (08-12-19)
We have been born dead with an opportunity to choose life. So man’s most basic need is that he is dead and in need of life. But people do not understand these things unless someone explains things to them. The Holy Spirit must reveal truth to men. Many people not only lean on their own understanding for truth, but are ignorant of the things of God. Bob testified that he had a shallow understanding of God. But God initiates His love toward us. He did so when He sent His only Son into the world to reveal truth to men, to die to take away our sins only in order to rise again to offer new life, His resurrected life, the only life available to man. God orchestrates the affairs of men so that they might seek Him and find Him even though He is not very far from any one of us.
One day truth is told. Either we read from the scriptures and God reveals truth to us or someone explains the scriptures to us from what the Holy Spirit had taught them. However we heard truth, the … Listen to Broadcast & Read More
