Meaningless or Meaningful – Part 1

~ There are two types of wisdom going on today. There are those who are trusting in the wisdom of the world, and then there are those who are trusting in the Wisdom of God. [For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness.” 1 Corinthians 3:19] And the wisdom of God is inside everyone who believes in Jesus and has placed Faith in Him. [in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Colossians 2:3] The first way, you will lose your soul if you stay that way till the day you die. The second way, you will inherit Eternal Life and you will NEVER die. Yes, everyone dies physically, but the child of God never dies. They are simply absent from this body of decaying flesh, and present with the Lord clothed in their new body of flesh and bone that will never die. The World’s Sin is Unbelief in Jesus

~ “And having come, He will convict the world concerning sin, and concerning righteousness, and concerning judgment: concerning sin indeed, because they do not believe in Me; and concerning righteousness, because I go away to the Father and you behold Me no more; and concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged.” John 16:8-11

– There is one sin that needs to be repented of and that is to change our mind in regards to who Jesus is, and that He took away the sins of the world, and the world includes you and me. When someone says they believe that, and then they go back and ask for more forgiveness by God, they have not exercised Faith in Him. Faith says thank you to God. Faith agrees with God. Faith adds up basic math and says, one plus one equals two. There is no more forgiveness being given out by God. God was in Christ Jesus, reconciling the world to himself, and is no longer counting anyone’s sins against them. The Holy Spirit Indwelt People on the Day of Pentecost

~ “And during the arriving of the day of Pentecost, they were all together in one place. And suddenly a sound like a violent rushing wind came out of heaven, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them dividing tongues as of fire and sat upon each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit was giving to them to utter forth.” Acts 2:1-4

– It wasn’t until the day of Pentecost, after Jesus had risen from the dead, that He sent the Holy Spirit to indwell people. Prior to that, in Old testament days, the Spirit came upon people for service, but did not indwell them permanently, as on the Day that the Holy Spirit came forth to indwell New Testament believers. The Holy Spirit never leaves a person today, no matter what. When you have the Spirit, you Have Life that is eternal. Power in Weakness – Part 3

Those who are born again of the Spirit of God have the Power of the Holy Spirit living in us. He is there to teach us ALL Truth. He is there to give us Life. He is there to be our Life on a moment by moment basis, by Faith from beginning to end for ALL time. So our boasting is to be in Him. That is key. We have been given His POWER, through the Spirit of God who lives in us. Most will not understand this, because most are not born again of the Spirit of God.

“I ask that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know the hope of His calling, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and the surpassing greatness of His power to us who believe. Sometimes we have thrones in the flesh that won’t go away. Sometimes they are people, sometimes they are situations, sometimes they are tribulations, and no matter how hard or how many times we pray that something be done about them, God’s answer is, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Other times, we wish we could speak better, or write better, or do things better, or not get so angry, or not do this or that, and we pray to God to take care of that issue, and God’s answer is, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” But Lord we say, I could witness so much better if I could speak better, and God says, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” And after sometimes, many times of praying to God, it finally sinks in on how the just shall live (that’s you and me who are in Christ Jesus), and we are to live by faith from first to last, from beginning to end, for ALL time.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Boast in the Lord, NOT yourself. For we can do nothing apart from Christ Jesus who lives in us. This is key for our understanding today. We think we are so smart, based on the things we have learned, and everything we have learned in the world, and of the world is a lie. When you have wisdom from God, this becomes abundantly clear.

~ “I must go on boasting. Although there is nothing to gain, I will go on to visions and revelations from the Lord. I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of it I do not know, but God knows. And I know that this man—whether in the body or out of it I do not know, but God knows— 4was caught up to Paradise. The things he heard were inexpressible, things that man is not permitted to tell.
