Jesus is Our Sabbath Rest Today

We ARE Told to Make Every Effort to Enter Into The Sabbath Rest

~ This is a warning directly from the word of God. We are to make every effort (come let us reason together with God, the Holy Spirit who lives in us says), to enter the Sabbath-rest for the people of God. This is not a day of the week either as some are saying. It is a rest from our own works of the flesh. It is a rest from our own self-righteousness. It is to rest in Jesus and Him alone for what he has done for us, and gives us, and lives his life through us. And this is something that is so important that the word of God warns us, and reminds us that we are to enter the rest so that no one will perish by following the example of disobedience. What Good is The Law? What is the Purpose of The Law?

~ It’s important that we get a handle on what the Law is for and what it is Not for. One of the callers on Bob’s show had a number of questions in regards to the law. And those same type of questions go on today. Some people state that the law is for Christians today in order that God would be pleased with a person if they obeyed the law. Others believe that the Holy Spirit helps you to obey the law. Others think that God is somehow disappointed with you when you disobey the law. Nothing could be further from the truth. Faith is what pleases God. And without faith, it is impossible to please God.

If you are still under the law today, the Word of God declares you are under a curse. So, if you are a child of God through faith, it says you are no longer under the law. So as a child of God, why in the world would you want to place yourself back under the law? There Are Many Professors of Jesus and Then There are True Possessors of Jesus

~ Today the world is filled with many false Christians everywhere you look. Many many people will name the name of Jesus, but when it comes right down to it, they believe in a different Jesus. They don’t have the Holy Spirit living in them. For they profess the name of Jesus but don’t possess His Holy Spirit living in them. They are believing every wind of doctrine today that comes from man. They refuse to exercise faith. They refuse to reason together with the Holy Spirit. They are basing things on their own understanding and bring up to themselves what their itching ears want to hear. And it should not surprise us that during these last days the Spirit of God is revealing the truth of what is going on. We are in a time where the tares are becoming more and more visible before the harvest. They are showing their true colors. Come let us reason together says the Lord. Jesus is The Mediator of the New Covenant

We Are Under a New Covenant Today by What Jesus did at the Cross

~ Be aware, that there is false teaching going around today that says the gentile world is not under a new covenant, because the covenants were only for the Hebrews/Israelites. These people that are teaching this also teach the lie that if you ask God for more forgiveness, that God will give you more forgiveness (but only if you ask for it). They also teach the lie that only Israel can be born again (for they don’t have a clue what born again even means). It’s a very subtle lie, that some people are latching on to this teaching, in that they are bringing teachers unto themselves what their itching ears want to hear. They also teach that Paul was to go to the Gentiles and preach a different message to gentiles than what was given to the Hebrews/Israelites. Nothing could be further from the truth. Paul was an apostle to Both the Israelites and the Gentiles and it even says that in the word of God by Jesus himself [Acts 9:15]. Fellowship is Two Fellows in the Same Ship

No One Goes In and Out of Fellowship With God

~ Pay attention to the details. When you are in the fellowship with God, you are always saved. No one goes in and out of fellowship with God. Satan wants you to think as though you do based on human terms, but God doesn’t kick you out of the family of God, nor does God get a little bit hacked with you when you sin. On the other hand, when a person is out of fellowship with God, they are dead, they are lost, they do not have the Holy Spirit living in them. These details are so important to understand. If Satan can get you mixed up on the details on the word of God, then he gets you with his lies. And there are a lot of people today that are teaching the lies of Satan. Do not be afraid to call out the liars and deceivers. By not saying anything, especially when you know truth, you become part of the problem by not exposing it. ~ All those who are true believers in Jesus are the body of Christ Jesus down here on earth. Our very lives are found in Christ Jesus. When we abide in Him, he makes it known that the life I live is by faith in Him. Many of you in these last days are becoming more aware of the things that are happening in the world around us. It is the Holy Spirit that is making them known to you. He is showing you the truth of the world and of his Word of God too. Everything is important and the details matter in everything. For only God is the message of all truth. You will not find the truth on television, or the movies, or even in the teaching of most of the so called Christian ministers today, for they are all tainted by error and the lies of Satan and the world or worse yet, there are many false messengers sent from Satan to corrupt the masses and steer a person away from the Truth.
