Jesus Walking With Two Disciples on the Road to Emmaus

Classic Christianity – Your Word is Truth – Part 1 – 02-23-26

~ And behold, on the same day, two of them were going to a village whose name is Emmaus, sixty stadia distant from Jerusalem. And they were talking with one another about all these things having taken place. And it came to pass, in their talking and reasoning, that Jesus Himself, having drawn near, was walking along with them. But their eyes were held not to know Him.

And He said to them, “What are these words that you exchange with one another, walking?”

And they stood still, looking sad. And the one named Cleopas, answering, said to Him, “Are You alone visiting Jerusalem and have not known the things having come to pass in it in these days?”

And He said to them, “What things?”

And they said to Him, “The things concerning Jesus of Nazareth, a man who was a prophet, mighty in deed and word before God and all the people, and that our chief priests and rulers delivered Him up to the judgment of death, and crucified Him. But we were hoping it is He who is about to redeem Israel. Jesus Forgave You on The Cross

Classic Christianity – A Life Changing Faith – Part 3 – 02-18-26

~ But whoever lacks these traits is nearsighted to the point of blindness, having forgotten that he has been cleansed from his past sins. 2 Peter 1:9

~ The more we abide in the Holy Spirit, the wiser we become. We begin to see with His eyes, and hear with His ears to the details of ALL the surrounding lies. We begin to see the Truth of the word of God in its entirety. There is another Truth that is being exposed today, and that there are many many proclaimers of Jesus, but very few possessors of Jesus’s Spirit inside them today. If people are not willing to believe the Truth that All your sins were forgiven at the cross, and that God took them away and is no longer counting them against anyone today, then you really have to wonder if a person is saved or not. Especially those that refuse to repent of satan’s lies that are being taught.

Respond in Faith to Jesus Christ

Classic Christianity – A Life Changing Faith – Part 2 – 02-17-26

~ Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not being seen. For in this the ancients were commended. By faith we understand the universe to have been formed by the word of God, so that the things being seen have not been made from the things being visible. Hebrews 11:21-3

~ Faith is a very pratical word. It is not just a biblical word. Faith is properly responding to Truth. When you learn a Truth in the word of God, how do you apply it? Do you go, ho hum, that is nice, and just be on the rest of your day. Or does Truth mean something to you? We are entering the faith chapter in the book of Hebrews, and we see how those that believed what God had told them, and how they properly responded to TRUTH. They completed the therefore in their minds. They said to themselves, “if God said it, I know it’s TRUE.” They Trusted in what God had to say to them.

Walk in Faith Today

Classic Christianity – A Life Changing Faith – Part 1 – 02-16-26

~ If we deliberately go on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no further sacrifice for sins remains, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume all adversaries. Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much more severely do you think one deserves to be punished who has trampled on the Son of God, profaned the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and insulted the Spirit of grace? Hebrews 10:26-29

~ Most people will not grab a hold of this TRUTH, that there are no more sacrifices for sins, that there is no more asking for forgiveness of God, that all their sins were placed behind the back of God never to see them again, that Jesus took away the sins of the whole world, that it is Finished. These same people claim they are children of God, yet they continue in sinning against the knowledge of Truth. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is Received by Faith

~ Now to Him being able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery having been kept secret in times of the ages, but now having been made manifest also through the prophetic Scriptures, according to the commandment of the Eternal God, having been made known to all the Gentiles unto the obedience of faith— to the only wise God be the glory to the ages of the ages, which is through Jesus Christ. ~ When you receive the Truth personally, the gospel becomes your gospel that you want to share with others. You want to tell people how you were saved. You want to let people know the Truth of the Word of God, no matter the consequences. You want to share with your family and friends, and many times you want to shout it from the rooftops, that salvation is for EVERYONE today. God gives you a new heart, and it is a heart of Love for those who are lost. Jesus Saves Both Hebrews and Gentiles

~ And it happened to me, having returned to Jerusalem and of my praying in the temple, I fell into a trance and saw Him saying to me, ‘Make haste and go away with speed out of Jerusalem, because they will not receive your testimony about Me.’

And I said, ‘Lord, they themselves know that in each of those synagogues I was imprisoning and beating those believing on You. And when the blood of Your witness of Stephen was poured out, I myself also was standing by and consenting and watching over the garments of those killing him.’

And He said to me, ‘Go, for I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’”

Now they were listening to him until this word. Then they lifted up their voice, saying, “Away with such from the earth. For he is not fit to live!”

And they were crying out and casting off the garments and throwing dust into the air.
