If You Have the Son, You Have Eternal Life

~ “Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.” 1 John 5:12

~ Eternal life begins the very moment you accept Jesus for what he did for you personally. When you realize that Jesus forgave you of all of your sins on the cross, and he is no longer counting your sins against you jump for joy. Now there is no more 1 John 1:9 for forgiveness. You solidify that in your own mind, instead of being tossed to and fro by every wave of doctrine. And you are either in the fellowship saved, or out of the fellowship lost. Don’t let someone convince you, you are bouncing in and out of fellowship. It’s a lie to teach that.

“I can tell you where your anger comes from. Anger comes from fear. And anger is a secondary response to fear. And men don’t like to admit they’re fearful. So they just take it up and angry. They don’t mind saying I’m angry. But anger is just a sign of the fears that are within you. It could be the fear of again, of not being able to stay sober. Fear of not being able to live the kind of life you want to live, fear of people finding out what’s really going on under the skin. There’s a lot of things that we live in fear. And there’s only one solution. And I say that very emphatically one and one alone, one solution to fear. And that’s the perfect love of God perfect love casts away all fear, not some fear, but all of it. In as much as he’s already told you what he’s done with it, put it behind my back, never see it again. And I died for it. Bob, it was judged as across the verdict was guilty. The punishment was death, I took it, and I took all of it. That’s why there’s none left for you. What’s the only intelligent thing you can do with that? Thank you.”

~ “No man is the author of his own writings. God told him what to write, God was revealing those things. So God graciously said, Paul, this is what love is. Well, isn’t that wonderful to know that that God is patient with with me and he patient with you, and he’s kind to you and God never is envious with you. And he is never boastful. God’s not proud he’s not dealing with you is because I’m god, I’m proud. And I’m not going to serve you. No, he, he humbled himself and became one of us as a servant. God’s never rude in his dealings with us. He’s never self seeking always looking out after your interest, even over and above that of his own. God’s never easily angered with you. Forgiveness Does Not Bring Life, Only Life Brings Life to the Dead

~ There are folks that teach that everyone will be saved in the end. If that were the case, then you could throw away the entire Bible. You could ignore all the verses of scripture that teach us to believe in Christ Jesus to be saved. Yet people, mainly due to a confusion in understanding of what salvation is (Life), and they think salvation is getting their sins forgiven. They equate forgiveness with life, instead of understanding that Life, the Holy Spirit is given to a person when they accept Jesus and what He did for them on the cross. Many refuse to come to faith in Jesus, and thus are not saved. God does not force people to accept Him for salvation.
