It’s also important to remember that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and further to remember that we are all going to be absent from the body and present with the Lord for all those in Christ Jesus. A number of callers called in on today’s program dealing with some heart felt issues of life.

The first caller, Hans called from Eugene, Oregon. He was dealing with cancer related issues and wanted to know what the word of God had to say on certain treatments that may affect a person’s thinking. Bob gives some insights into this with him and also talks about some people that Bob knew that were friends of his that were dealing with similar things themselves. Listen in as Bob shares these things with Hans. Bob also mentioned how doctors try to scare people today and Bob says that he is not scared and tells doctors right to their face in regards to that. It is hard to get an honest answer from doctors today.

The Apostle Paul reveals the mystery of the fullness of the Gospel to us in the word of God. God made it known to Paul, the fullness of the Gospel message, “Christ in You, the Hope of Glory.” He was given a commission directly by God, to pass this mystery onto the church down through the ages. It was for our sake, that Paul did what he did and the suffering he himself faced.

As a lost person, a person tries in the energy of their flesh to do the right things, and then a person realizes they can not be good enough or loving enough. They come to the end of self sufficiency, and come to know and accept Jesus for their salvation, Yet, so many times, after people come to Christ, they then try to do things in the energy of their own flesh. When learning about new things, we tend to learn it better and retain what we have learned when we hear something and see something. Also, when we say it out loud or teach others what we have learned, it reinforces it in our own mind of the truths being taught to us. Jesus even makes mention of this learning experience in the word of God.

For us today, learning the fullness of the Gospel message can be helped along by both hearing the word of God and seeing the word of God and saying the word of God out loud for ourselves too. The Fullness of the Gospel in all its Truth.

Many people have grown in some sort of religious upbringing, whether Muslim, Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, or whatever it may be. But even if you have not, the celebration of the birth of Christ is a well known holiday throughout the world. You have probably heard about a man named Jesus of Nazareth who died, was buried and rose again. Even on our calendars is written B.C., meaning before Christ was born, and A.D., meaning the day of our Lord. So, the fact that he was born into this world is a well known indisputable fact. And, there is evidence that he lived, died and was buried. There are even eyewitnesses who testified of his resurrection from the dead. But do you know why a person named Jesus came into this world? If you were asked, “What is the meaning of the cross?”, how would you respond? If you were asked, “What is the meaning of the resurrection?”, what would you say?
