Worlds Sin is Unbelief in Jesus

The World’s Sin is Unbelief in Jesus

~~ If you are in Christ Jesus, then He, the Spirit of God is IN you! The Holy Spirit lives in every true born again believer in God. They are a child of the Living God. They are alive because the Holy Spirit gives life to the dead. The Holy Spirit is our true Counselor. People go to everyone else today for counseling, but most do not go directly to God for True counseling. Yet the very Spirit of Truth lives in the believer and He gives us knowledge and wisdom and Truth directly from God.

We need to pay attention to the details. Jesus tells us the world’s sin is unbelief in Him. So many people focus on this sin or that sin, all the while ignoring the Major SIN of Unbelief in Jesus. Agents of the devil will even point out all the other sins of the world (and lie to you about getting those sins cleaned up) but not unbelief in Jesus. The Holy Spirit on the other hand is telling us the key is unbelief in Jesus. Quit Being a Weed Puller and Start Growing Grass

~ Most everyone today is concerned with weeds in their lawn instead of learning how to grow grass. We need to realize that according to Jesus, “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life.” This is why in another passage of Scripture it says that “flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God.” Yet most are out there trying to get their flesh all cleaned up. They are pulling out weeds left and right and still more weeds pop up because quite frankly you can’t pull them out by the root. There is nothing good in the flesh. That flesh of ours is going to the grave whether we like it or not. Jesus is Our Sabbath Rest Today

Classic Christianity – Book of Hebrews P36 (11-20-23)

We ARE Told to Make Every Effort to Enter Into The Sabbath Rest

~ This is a warning directly from the word of God. We are to make every effort (come let us reason together with God, the Holy Spirit who lives in us says), to enter the Sabbath-rest for the people of God. This is not a day of the week either as some are saying. It is a rest from our own works of the flesh. It is a rest from our own self-righteousness. It is to rest in Jesus and Him alone for what he has done for us, and gives us, and lives his life through us. And this is something that is so important that the word of God warns us, and reminds us that we are to enter the rest so that no one will perish by following the example of disobedience. Faith is Agreeing With and Trusting God

Living By Faith is Responding to God

~ Faith is a responder to God. Once a person understands the Finality of the Cross and the Reality of the Resurrection, then a person might ask the question, how do I live day to day with Christ Jesus? What do I do? And the simple answer is you live and walk by faith. Now faith is misunderstood by a majority of people today. They equate faith to grunting and groaning for God. Or to try and live righteously, because they still are believing in living in the energy of their flesh instead of resting in Him. So how do we rest in Jesus? By faith. There’s the word faith again. Faith is always a responder to Truth. Faith is simple, one plus one equals two. So what does two plus two equal? The eleventh chapter of the book of Hebrews makes it clear what faith is and gives many examples of Responders to the Truth of the word of God. So how are you responding to Truth today? Jesus is Our Sabbath Rest Now Rest

Be Sure to Enter Into The Sabbath Rest of Jesus Christ

~ Jesus is our sabbath rest today. Yet there are people that vehemently argue you must worship on a Saturday, as though Saturday is the only Sabbath day that matters with God. They don’t have a clue that those who are in Christ Jesus have entered into the Sabbath rest of God himself. These same people that believe in Saturday worship also believe in their baptism by water, in their church, by their pastor, by a certain way, as though that is a prerequisite for salvation. These people are lost and don’t have the Spirit of God living in them. They will argue all day long while at the same time denying that they are arguing. It’s actually quite comical and sad at the same time when you hear it, because they lack any form of reasoning abilities. They jump from one “but” to another “but” and don’t exercise faith in any part of Scripture. Scripture tells us they are acting in disobedience to Truth. The Sabbath-Rest is Found in Christ Jesus

~ Make every effort today to enter the Sabbath-rest of God. Jesus is our sabbath-rest.

~ “For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken later about another day. There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience.” Hebrews 4:8-11

~ “Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day.”

~ “Well, the the first place the very name Seventh Day Adventist shows where their emphasis is, in other words, their title really shows what they’re all about. They’re in All About of the seventh day, or the Sabbath day is a Saturday. That’s what it’s all about. That’s why you’d be called a Seventh Day Adventist that becomes their four year focus.
