~ “Therefore, of the promise to enter into His rest left remaining, we should fear, lest ever any of you should seem to have fallen short. And indeed we are those having had the gospel preached just as they did; but the message of their hearing did not profit them, not having been united with the faith of those having heard. For those having believed enter into the rest, as He has said:

“So I swore in my wrath,
‘they shall not enter into My rest.’”

And yet the works have been finished from the foundation of the world. For He has spoken somewhere concerning the seventh day in this way, “And on the seventh day God rested from all His works.” And again in this passage. “They shall not enter into My rest.”

~ Once you understand who you are in Christ Jesus, and that nothing can separate you from the Love of God (for Jesus is LOVE), then you begin to realize that He is there with us at every moment of the day for us to talk to Him and ask questions of Him. He is there to teach us, to renew our minds, and conform us to His image. He is NOT there to beat us up, or to take us to the woodshed, or to kick us out of the fellowship when we do a sin, and he is not there waiting for us to ask for forgiveness either, because forgiveness was completed at the cross for everyone, for all sins for ALL time. With that in mind, our prayer life is completely free to talk to Him ALL the time. He already knows what we need. Work of Ministry is to Believe in Jesus

The Work of the Ministry is To Share The Truth of Jesus, to Believe on Him

Once a person realizes the fact that Jesus is alive living in them, and the Holy Spirit directs their paths, the work of the ministry (to believe in Jesus) is to share the Truth of Jesus with people. However, if one does not know what the truth is, then how can a person really share TRUTH with people? We began our study in the book of Galatians recently, and read about Paul coming down sternly on the churches in Galatia for having believed another gospel which is no gospel at all. And yet today, that is a huge part of what we need to be doing in the ministry, because most people are representing some other Jesus than the one in the bible. Many are presenting a perverted Truth which is still a lie, in regards to what Jesus did on the cross. People ask today, should we be fighting this or that? Propitiation - Jesus Took Away the Sins of the World

Behold the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the world.

~ Many many people do not really believe their sins were taken away at the cross. They actually give lip service to the word of God. They think there is more forgiveness required by God. Why is that? Because every single seminary today teaches that lie of Satan. A pastor is trained in the lies of Satan when they enter seminary, and if they don’t toe the line, they don’t graduate from seminary either. This lie is then passed on down to the sheep sitting in the pews, that don’t know the word of God either. They simply assume that the pastor knows more than they do, and this would be a wrong assumption. The pastor may know more lies, but they most certainly are not taught the TRUTH of the word of God. And it is not just in the area of forgiveness, though that is the starting point of most of the lies today. The Holy Spirit Will Lead You in All Truth

The Holy Spirit Trains Us In Truth of the Word of God

~ God’s Truth is always in the believer. For the Holy Spirit will make the Truth of the word of God known to you. And when Truth is made known, this is His discipline upon us. And as we are being trained for the battle, we can then identify the lies of the devil. And folks, the lies are abundant today, much more than people imagine. For we were all born into a world of lies. We see it all around us, and yet most do not see it. For they do not have the eyes to see or the ears to hear, of what is really going on the world today.

First off, a person needs to start with the proper foundation. And that is Christ Jesus, alive living in you. Once you have Him alive living in you, through the Holy Spirit of God, then we are told we actually have the mind of God. And don’t discount the teachings of the Holy Spirit. For He is always talking to us, teaching us all TRUTH. Jesus is Our Sabbath Rest Everyday

~ Today, is our Sabbath. Everyday is our Sabbath. Jesus is our Sabbath. And we are told to rest in Him. The old covenant of a Sabbath day was a picture for us to learn and look towards the future Sabbath rest we have in Jesus Christ, which is for Today. Many people that are NOT saved, think they are obeying a particular day of the week in order to get on their best dress clothes, go down to the corner of walk and don’t walk, and file into a building built by human hands, and think they are worshipping God based on what they are doing, either on a Saturday, Sunday or whatever day of the week they want to be a hypocrite on. All these people are acting so holier-than-thou, based on what they do. They even refuse to listen to the Holy Spirit teach them truth. They have never entered into the Sabbath rest. And quite frankly, they don’t have a clue what the Sabbath rest is either.
