Baptism and the Lords Supper

Classic Christianity – The Lord’s Supper – Part 1 – 3-31-26

~ Pay attention to the details in the words of God. These are the people from Judaea, and thus they were called Judaeans. That is the actual words of God there. Translations are done in order to subvert the actual words of God. Most of the people from Judaea, were whipped up into wanting to crucify Jesus. Thus they were the Judaeans of the area. Once you understand the keywords, things begin to fall into place. The people of today have NO claim to being Hebrews or Israelites. They stole the identity and there is no way to prove they are who they claim to be. Because the Tribulation of that time destroyed the Temple and ALL the birth records. Think about it.

It should not surprise us that translations are intentionally altering the words of God. Just like we know that Jesus did NOT atone for sins, He took them away at the cross for ALL TIME.

Jesus Changes Everything

Classic Christianity – The Reason for Pentecost – Part 3 – 3-25-26

~ When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like a mighty rushing wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw tongues like flames of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem God-fearing Judaeans from every nation under heaven. And when this sound rang out, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard them speaking his own language.

Astounded and amazed, they asked, “Are not all these who are speaking Galileans? How is it then that each of us hears them in his own native language? Parthians, Medes, and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome, both Judaeans and converts to HEBREWISM; Cretans and Arabs—we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!”

Jesus Sent His Holy Spirit

Classic Christianity – The Reason for Pentecost – Part 2 – 3-24-26

~ And do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of the mind, for you to prove what is the good and well-pleasing and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2

~ Having our minds renewed is key to understanding Truth today. There is so much deception that most people think the lies are Truth and that the TRUTH is a lie. We have all been deceived since the day we were born with the lies of the world. And most are still caught in satan’s lies without even realizing it. And the only way to be freed from satan’s lies is to have our minds renewed, and thus we are transformed into what God wants each of us to be, a Truth teller. And when you become a Truth teller who is being led directly by the Holy Spirit himself, you will be set apart from the world and religion too. Jesus Opened Their Minds to Understand the Scriptures (1)

Classic Christianity – The Reason for Pentecost – Part 1 – 3-23-26

~ Jesus said to them, “These are the words I spoke to you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about Me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms.” Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures. Luke 24: 44,45

~ When you realize the Truth of who Jesus is, God in the flesh, and what He did on the cross for you, took away all your sins and is no longer counting any of them against you, and you place Faith in Him, He comes to give His Spirit of Life to you. And your mind begins to be instructed directly by Him. And it is an amazing journey, because forgiveness is just the beginning of your understanding of Everything in the Scriptures. For we are told we have the mind of Christ Jesus living directly in us.

And times are a changing. Who Do You Say I Am

Classic Christianity – Book of John Part 24 (05-22-19)

Bob George shares from John 5, on the testimony of the Father concerning Jesus. Bob emphasized the life of the Holy Spirit living in a person, producing the fruit of the Spirit. That ultimately is the work Jesus came to do. One characteristic of the Spirit is love (Galatians 5:22-23). Then he shares from 1 Corinthians 13, explaining how Jesus came to expose the pride in man, that he may humble himself, recognize his state of spiritual death, and come to walk in the newness of life, with the Spirit of God living in him. The opposite of love is not hate, but pride. As a born again person, Jesus is showing us today how to live in dependence on the Holy Spirit of God. He is the vine and we are the branches. We love because he first loved us. Allow the love of he Holy Spirit to be produced in you and through you.

The Love of Jesus

Classic Christianity Radio (03-05-19) – Classic Christianity Part 2

Bob explains the meaning of being filled with the Spirit, to be controlled by the love of God. Bob shared how the scriptures interpret itself, revealing the meaning from context. By looking at Ephesians 3 helps you better understand Ephesians 5. So too with all of the scriptures. Look at key phrases such as “so that” or “therefore”, and look more closely what follows or why it is there for. By learning to ask the right questions and then pondering over the scriptures for the answer is helpful to discern the meaning of God’s word. But widen the amount of scriptures you read. Read entire passages for a wider context while asking the Spirit to reveal truth to you. The wisdom of men is foolishness to God. We need the power of God to grasp truth. We need to renew our minds, pushing out the psychological, religious, and philosophical garbage out. We need error replaced with truth. So let us look to the Spirit to reveal truth to us through His word and allow Him to show us a better way.
