Synopsis

An interesting topic of discussion among many believers is when the man of lawlessness will be revealed and the timing of the rapture, that event in history spoken of in 2 Thessalonians, where we will meet the Lord in the air. Certainly, people have different understanding of that, and maybe it is because all of it has not been revealed in regard to the details of these things. We know a rapture will occur, but the details are written down but not easily discerned. Do you recall what the Lord told Daniel, whom God revealed details concerning end time events?

We all have many questions as we are growing in the knowledge and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. And we are continuing to grow until the day we die. So we will go through trials and tribulations in this fallen world we live in. People will cause us harm or emotional pain by the choices they make, and at times, we will slip up and do that to others. So how do we deal with such things, as we get into different situations in life?

Are we supposed to claim verses as promises of God for us, like the “name it and claim it” people do, or just say whatever God’s will is, and be okay with that? Bob George shared a message titled, “Are you prepared or are you scared?” Christianity is not a crisis relationship, but is a relationship based on preparation. Then Bob explains the armor of God, from Ephesians 6, the training equipment of a believer to stand in faith in the power of God and the strength of his might against the evil schemes of the god of this world, who is Satan. A believer is someone born again of the Spirit of God. From John 3, Bob shares what it means to be born again from above, as he continues sharing from the gospel of John.
