Saved by Life

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P1042 (06-19-25)

No One is Saved By The Death of Jesus, We Are Saved By His Life

~ “For at just the right time, while we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God proves His love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Therefore, since we have now been justified by His blood, how much more shall we be saved from wrath through Him! For if, when we were enemies of God, we were reconciled to Him through the death of His Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through His life! Not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.” Romans 5:6-11

~ Most people think that a person gets saved when they ask for forgiveness of sins by God. That is NOT the case. God forgave the sins of the whole world at the cross. That was a past action on God’s part. He took away the sins of the world, and is no longer counting anyone’s sins against them.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Wisdom From God

Classic Christianity – No Boasting Here – Part 3 – 6-18-25

There is Nothing to Boast About Before God

~ For consider your calling, brothers, that not many were wise according to the flesh, not many powerful, not many of noble birth. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world that He might shame the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world that He might shame the strong; and the low-born of the world, and the things being despised, God also chose—the things not being—that He might annul the things being, so that all flesh may not boast before God. But out of Him, you are in Christ Jesus, who has been made unto us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption, in order that, as it has been written: “The one boasting, let him boast in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:26-31

Have you not noticed how the world boasts about things left and right? And even the religious world boasts of what they are doing for Jesus. Both the world and the religious world are one and the same, both are dead lost. One loves what they are doing in the world, and the other loves what they are doing for themselves, in the name of Jesus.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Salvation is Life Through Jesus Life

Classic Christianity – No Boasting Here – Part 2 – 6-17-25

We Are Saved By The Life of Jesus, Not His Death

~ For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Romans 5:10
It is so important to understand that we are NOT saved by the death of Jesus on the cross, but by His very Life, that brings Life to us when we place Faith in Him. This is one of the most misunderstood Truths in regards to salvation. Scripture is crystal clear on this. God reconciled us to Himself. He didn’t consult with anyone beforehand, He did it at the cross through the sacrifice of Jesus Himself on the cross. He declared it is finished. Forgiveness was taken care of. He reconciled us to himself. Forgiveness was settled for everyone at the cross. At the cross, He who knew no sin, became sin for us, so that in Him (in Jesus), we might become the righteousness of God.

Now you would think that would cause a person to leap for joy! And those that receive Grace do leap for joy in their hearts, because they know how much God loved them.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Salvation is Not by Works

Classic Christianity – No Boasting Here – Part 1 – 6-16-25

No Boasting Here

~ God made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5:21
There is only one gospel that saves, and that is NOT the one that is being shared in most brick and mortar churches today. Those are other gospels, which is NO gospel at all.

Jesus who was perfect, for no sin was found in Him, and He was and is God in the flesh. He was born a perfect Man, lived a perfect life, and went to the cross on our behalf, becoming sin for us, and bore ALL our sins on the cross, taking away all the sins of the world for everyone, dying on the cross, and then on the third day rising from the dead to give us His Life when we place Faith in Him.

Most people do not agree with that. And therein, is the issue. Most people who claim to be in Christ Jesus are Not saved. Because think about it folks, how many religions agree with God today? How many people believe that God took away the sins of the whole world?… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Jesus is God and The Word of God

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P1041 (06-13-25)

Jesus is God in Flesh

~ “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made, and without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:1-5

~ When God became flesh, in the person of Jesus Christ, he dwells amongst us. When we look at Jesus, we see God in a Man suit. Jesus is the first Man born of God. He is God in Flesh, who has the Holy Spirit living in Him. We ourselves cannot see Spirit, and we know God is Spirit and must worship God in spirit and in Truth. So God became a Man for us, so that we can see how Man is supposed to live, dependent on the Holy Spirit that lives in Him. Jesus did nothing and said nothing other than what the Father told Him to do and say. And through the Holy Spirit today, those born again of God, we are to live the same way that Jesus lived, moment by moment, Faith from first to last, depending on the Holy Spirit in us to teach us ALL TRUTH and to lead us on our daily walk with God.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Repentance is a Change of Mind

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P1040 (06-12-25)

Understanding Repentance, A Change of Mind

~ “It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age— and then have fallen away—to be restored to repentance, because they themselves are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting Him to open shame.” Hebrews 6:4-6

~ The lie of Calvinism permeates the teaching throughout the false churches today. Many times it is subtle, and other times it is not so subtle. Many adhere to all five points of Calvinism, and some only adhere to one or two points. But no matter what, if anyone is adhering to any part of Calvinism, they are listening to the lies of Satan. Satan knew exactly what he was doing by creating the Calvinism doctrine. And yes, it was created by Satan and his transformed ministers. Make no mistake about it, it was done intentionally to nullify the Word of God. It’s no different than Satan saying the lie to Adam and Eve, “surely you will not die.”… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
