Jesus is The Righteousness of God - Have Faith in Him

Jesus Became Sin For Us So That We Could in Him Become the Righteousness of God

~ Jesus took upon himself, the sins of the whole world, that includes your sins and my sins, and he bore them himself, on our behalf, and took them away forever, from the eyes of God, never to see them again. And because of that he is no longer counting our sins against us. And there is only one sin that needs repented of, and that is the sin of unbelief in Christ Jesus and turn to Jesus for Life. It is difficult for many to accept by faith, the truth of the word of God.

The reason he took our sins away is so that we could become the righteousness of Christ Jesus through faith in Him, and in Him alone. We can’t add anything to salvation, not even water baptism as some want to do. Jesus is Our Sabbath Rest Now Rest

Be Sure to Enter Into The Sabbath Rest of Jesus Christ

~ Jesus is our sabbath rest today. Yet there are people that vehemently argue you must worship on a Saturday, as though Saturday is the only Sabbath day that matters with God. They don’t have a clue that those who are in Christ Jesus have entered into the Sabbath rest of God himself. These same people that believe in Saturday worship also believe in their baptism by water, in their church, by their pastor, by a certain way, as though that is a prerequisite for salvation. These people are lost and don’t have the Spirit of God living in them. They will argue all day long while at the same time denying that they are arguing. It’s actually quite comical and sad at the same time when you hear it, because they lack any form of reasoning abilities. They jump from one “but” to another “but” and don’t exercise faith in any part of Scripture. Scripture tells us they are acting in disobedience to Truth. Only By Faith in Christ Jesus is a Person Saved ~ Water Baptism Can’t Save Anyone

~ John the Baptist said, “I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” Matthew 3:11

~ “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” John 3:36

~ Anyone that adds to their salvation by faith in Jesus alone for salvation is not saved. Today, we have multiple groups of people that believe a person must do something other than place faith in Christ Jesus. Some believe in ongoing forgiveness. Some believe in speaking in Tongues. Others believe that they must be baptized in their church and a very specific way to be saved. Quite frankly, it is hypocrisy to even think that way, for what makes their “church” so special and their baptismal water more special than that of a swimming pool? Law Shows Your Sin

The Law Was Given to Lead Us to Christ Jesus!

~ The law was given to show us our need for Christ Jesus and so that sin would actually increase and we become more aware of sin today. There are modern day Pharisees (hypocrites) that think they can somehow obey even the 10 today. They lie to themselves and God, saying they obey the 10 Commandments and don’t have a clue that God is looking at the heart. No one obeys the 10 Commandments or any part of the law. Furthermore, if anyone could obey the law, then Jesus died for nothing. In fact, people that say they are obeying the law of God, the word of God tells us that they are under a curse. The bottom line, the law is for the lost not the saved.

~ “Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.” Galatians 3:24

~ “Moreover the law entered, that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound,” Romans 5:20

Baptism of the Holy Spirit

Classic Christianity – The Book of John P38 (05-02-23)

When The Holy Spirit Baptizes Us We Are Placed Into The One Body of Christ Jesus

~ “For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Judaeans or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 12:13

~ “And all who have been united with Christ in baptism have put on Christ, like putting on new clothes.: Galatians 3:27

It’s so important for us to understand today, that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is done by God today. When we place faith in Jesus, God in flesh, for having done it ALL for us on the cross, having completely forgiven us, He baptizes us with the Spirit of God, placing us into the body of Christ Jesus. And there is only one body, made up of many parts. No one is saved by water baptism.

~ On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive.
