The World’s Sin is Unbelief in Jesus

~ “And having come, He will convict the world concerning sin, and concerning righteousness, and concerning judgment: concerning sin indeed, because they do not believe in Me; and concerning righteousness, because I go away to the Father and you behold Me no more; and concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged.” John 16:8-11

– There is one sin that needs to be repented of and that is to change our mind in regards to who Jesus is, and that He took away the sins of the world, and the world includes you and me. When someone says they believe that, and then they go back and ask for more forgiveness by God, they have not exercised Faith in Him. Faith says thank you to God. Faith agrees with God. Faith adds up basic math and says, one plus one equals two. There is no more forgiveness being given out by God. God was in Christ Jesus, reconciling the world to himself, and is no longer counting anyone’s sins against them. The Holy Spirit Indwelt People on the Day of Pentecost

~ “And during the arriving of the day of Pentecost, they were all together in one place. And suddenly a sound like a violent rushing wind came out of heaven, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them dividing tongues as of fire and sat upon each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit was giving to them to utter forth.” Acts 2:1-4

– It wasn’t until the day of Pentecost, after Jesus had risen from the dead, that He sent the Holy Spirit to indwell people. Prior to that, in Old testament days, the Spirit came upon people for service, but did not indwell them permanently, as on the Day that the Holy Spirit came forth to indwell New Testament believers. The Holy Spirit never leaves a person today, no matter what. When you have the Spirit, you Have Life that is eternal. ~ “For whoever shall keep the whole Law, but shall stumble in one point, he has become guilty of all.” James 2:10

There’s a huge problem going on in the church today, and that is believing that people can keep the law of God. You kind of have to laugh at people that believe this, because they haven’t a clue that the law also required obedience to the sacrificial system and doing all the purification for sins before the cross. And the sacrificial system was done away with a long time ago, when Jesus went to the cross, was raised from the dead, and the temple was destroyed in 70 AD, just as Jesus said it would be. So people telling others that you have to obey the law of God, will have a very difficult time even telling you what the law of God is. They think it is simply the 10 commandments, even though no one obeys those. They just think they do. They are hypocrites, great pretenders, liars, deceived by Satan into thinking they are law keepers. Folks, we each have a calling by God if you are in Christ Jesus. And His calling is good, in order to make known the gospel of Jesus to those around us. Each of us has a calling by God. He wants to use each of us in a Spirit of unity. And when a person is in Christ, they are one with God, and are of ONE body, and have the same Spirit as other TRUE children of God.

Now today, most claim they are in Christ, but by their fruits you can tell otherwise. And it is easy to make people think they are in Christ simply by saying some words to make others think they are of Christ. There is Nothing to Boast About Before God

~ For consider your calling, brothers, that not many were wise according to the flesh, not many powerful, not many of noble birth. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world that He might shame the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world that He might shame the strong; and the low-born of the world, and the things being despised, God also chose—the things not being—that He might annul the things being, so that all flesh may not boast before God. But out of Him, you are in Christ Jesus, who has been made unto us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption, in order that, as it has been written: “The one boasting, let him boast in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:26-31

Have you not noticed how the world boasts about things left and right? And even the religious world boasts of what they are doing for Jesus. Both the world and the religious world are one and the same, both are dead lost. Classic Christianity – No Boasting Here – Part 2 – 6-17-25

We Are Saved By The Life of Jesus, Not His Death

~ For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Romans 5:10
It is so important to understand that we are NOT saved by the death of Jesus on the cross, but by His very Life, that brings Life to us when we place Faith in Him. This is one of the most misunderstood Truths in regards to salvation. Scripture is crystal clear on this. God reconciled us to Himself. He didn’t consult with anyone beforehand, He did it at the cross through the sacrifice of Jesus Himself on the cross. He declared it is finished. Forgiveness was taken care of. He reconciled us to himself. Forgiveness was settled for everyone at the cross. At the cross, He who knew no sin, became sin for us, so that in Him (in Jesus), we might become the righteousness of God.

Now you would think that would cause a person to leap for joy! And those that receive Grace do leap for joy in their hearts, because they know how much God loved them.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
