Many times callers call into the Classic Christianity radio to get answers to common questions, get clarifications or Bob’s thoughts on things they have heard from others, things that just does not sound right or the practical application of living in the new life you have in Christ Jesus. Many times, when you have a basic foundation in truth, these questions can easily be answered. If you know that you are under a New Covenant system of grace and not under the Old Covenant or law, and you know what salvation is, and what Jesus accomplished for you by his death, burial and resurrection, most of these questions can be answered. Bob made it a point to say that if you put a few basic foundation truths together, such as what salvation is, salvation is by life not death (Romans 5:10), that righteousness is imputed to you (Romans 4:22-25), you do not have any righteousness of your own (Romans 3:10) and Jesus taught under an Old Covenant while proclaiming the New Covenant (Hebrews 7:27; Hebrews 10:14-18), you are under grace and not law (Romans 6:14), then all the findings that you are looking for begin to come together like putting together a puzzle of life.…
