Receive Jesus and His Eternal Life in You and His Righteousness Imputed to You

What transpired at the Trial and Crucifixion of Jesus reveals who Jesus is and what He came to do. Jesus is God, He died in our place in order to give us eternal life. He came to be a king of a new kingdom not of this world, for His kingdom is to be lived within you, His righteousness imputed to you.

As you read again in the gospel of John, in John 18:28-40, where Jesus appears on trial before Pontius Pilate, with the kinds of questions Jesus is asked and His answer, and the unbelievable hypocrisy of the Jewish leaders, and the willingness of the Roman rulers to be so complicit in what ultimately led to His crucifixion, what insight, what understanding can you glean as to who Jesus is and His purpose on this earth? Can you come to a conclusion on not only what he died for but what He came for, as it relates to the meaning of not only the cross but also the resurrection?

Jesus is Our Sabbath Rest Now Rest

Classic Christianity – A Closer Look at The Finality of The Cross P32 (10-19-21)

Come to Jesus; Enter that Sabbath Rest God Has Provided; Take a Vacation in Jesus

Why do we not experience peace? Is it because of faulty thinking? So, when you recognize you are not thinking correctly, do you go to a counselor instead of the Counselor, the Spirit of truth? What did the counselor prescribe? Maybe the counselor did point you to the Counselor. Or, maybe he just gave you some medicine to numb your mind. Either way, he cannot help you. But if He knows Christ, he can certainly point you to the one who can. Or do you go to a gentle stream? And you might feel some temporary relief, until you leave the scene. Is that the peace we read about that Jesus tells us we can have? No. He says that He gives us peace the world knows nothing about.

Enter the Reality of the Sabbath, which is in Christ Alone, Who Did All the Work For You, Who Made You Perfect or Complete, Pure, Holy, Blameless, Righteous, Sanctified, or Set Apart, and Seated You in the Heavenlies

As you ponder over these passages of scriptures, Hebrews 4:1-11, Hebrews 10:1-14, Hebrews 7:11-28, and Hebrews 8:28, what do you conclude in regarding this Sabbath rest that we can enter into?

Hebrews 4:9-11
9 There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; 10 for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. 11 Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience [unbelief].

What has Christ said? And if what Christ said is true, what can you conclude about what you have to do to draw near to God in worship? The Effect of Christ Alive Living in You

Has the grace of God reached your heart? Have you understood that He not only loves you unconditionally but He accepts you unconditionally? If you were destitute and homeless, living out of a dumpster, strung out on drugs, have you ever seen someone look at you with pure love in their eyes toward you and just said nothing. Maybe that was your mother, who was just longing for you to come home. Her eyes just drew you in. She just accepts me. She is not looking down at me with disgust. You knew she was going somewhere, so you asked her where she was going? She was going to a bible conference to hear someone speak. Knowing his mother loved him, and knowing it was dangerous to go out alone at night, he asked to go with her. So he sat on the front row and he heard a message of God’s forgiveness and love. In the world today, you may hear people say, “I am a Christian too” But the word Christian has a different connotation of meaning to different people. You used to hear people say that if you are born in America, you are a Christian because this is a Christian nation. Mormons, Protestants and Catholics all say they are Christian, yet they all have different doctrinal beliefs. Others will say that they are a Christian because they were born into a Christian home. Then you may hear or read about “COEXIST”, as if all religions of the world believe the same way, or if they do not, it is just minor doctrinal differences. A person will say that all we need to do is just love one another. That we just all need to get along. Salvation: Totality of the Cross, Being Made Complete in Christ and Growing in Grace

As people are growing in grace, they have questions. Oftentimes, they read passages of scriptures like Hebrews 6:4-6, that they just do not understand it yet. So they call up on a program such as this, or if they are around like-minded believers, where they are free to ask questions in order to grow in grace, they get guidance from mature believers, who rightly divide the word of truth. Many times people have not grabbed a hold of truth because there is something missing in their understanding. Of course, if you just got saved yesterday, you are still on the milk of the word, and that is where you are at. You have not had much time in the word of God yet. So it is helpful to have pastor-teachers that teach truth, help out in our understanding.

Many times people grow up in the church world and they may have memorized all kinds of scriptures, but it as if the scriptures are all put in a basket, and as they pull out scriptures, they do not seem to connect or relate to one another.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
