God Made Me a New Creation in Christ Jesus

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P1166 (09-18-26)

Stand in the Righteousness of Jesus Himself, Not Your Own Self-Righteousness

~ God made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5:21

~ As soon as a person places Faith in Jesus, God in flesh, to have taken away ALL their sins at the cross, we become the righteousness of God. Why? Because when God looks at us, He sees His own perfection. We are made perfect in the sight of God, not by anything we do or don’t do, but by His Spirit coming to live within us, and He makes us a new creation in Christ Jesus. That old me is gone forever. The old me is dead. That old me is never coming back ever again. That old me, was me without the Spirit of God living in me. But the New me, is Him having merged with my own spirit to make me righteous before God Himself. And until we see that we have been made perfect in His sight, we will be constantly trying to clean up our own selves.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Faith Says Thank You to God

~ Faith is responding with thanksgiving to the forgiveness that God has already done for us. It is walking in unbelief to keep asking God to forgive you over and over again. It’s calling God a Liar. If you ask over and over again, it is obvious that you don’t believe Jesus forgave ALL your sins at the cross. When we come to Christ Jesus, we are made perfect (complete) in the sight of God. We are set apart (holy). We can not do anything to make us more holy.

~ Bob George
“If I am asking if I if I ask you to forgive me, it’s because I believe that you haven’t forgiven me otherwise, why would I ask you to forgive me? In essence when we’re asking God to do what he has already accomplished. We’re saying, I don’t believe you accomplished that. Now you can argue and spin that all you want. But that is the only conclusion that you can have to something if I asked you, if you just gave me $100 bill, and I came up and asked you how will you give me $100?… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Perfect Love Drives Out All Fear

Listen in as Bob shares the truth from the word of God. Before a person can go on to deeper spiritual truths, a person needs to understand that God has made us perfect in His sight for anyone in Christ Jesus. We need to rest in that truth and be transformed by the renewing of our minds.

In today’s lesson, from the Bible study booklet, A Closer Look at Your Identity in Christ, available for purchase from our online Bob George Ministries ecommerce store

Just as a person’s physical growth is based on proper diet and exercise, so is the Christians’s spiritual growth dependent on regular feeding upon the word of God and application of its principles. With more false teaching, shifting opinions and general confusion in the world than ever before, Christians need a solid foundation upon which to base their beliefs and build their lives. The word of God declares that Jesus Christ is that foundation of truth. With that in mind, let’s now take A Closer Look at Your Identity in Christ.

We’re going to be picking up on page 29 of our workbook.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

You Have Been Made Perfect Forever For Anyone in Christ Jesus

Under the law, nothing could make a person holy or perfect, but under the grace of God, Jesus has made you holy and perfect in His sight for all those in Christ Jesus. So quit trying to do what Jesus God has already done. You can not improve upon perfection.

Enter the Reality of the Sabbath, which is in Christ Alone, Who Did All the Work For You, Who Made You Perfect or Complete, Pure, Holy, Blameless, Righteous, Sanctified, or Set Apart, and Seated You in the Heavenlies

As you ponder over these passages of scriptures, Hebrews 4:1-11, Hebrews 10:1-14, Hebrews 7:11-28, and Hebrews 8:28, what do you conclude in regarding this Sabbath rest that we can enter into?

Hebrews 4:9-11
⁹ There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; ¹⁰ for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. ¹¹ Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience [unbelief].

What has Christ said? And if what Christ said is true, what can you conclude about what you have to do to draw near to God in worship? Do you have to do this or that, such as going to church on Saturday or Sunday, or abstaining from eating meat on Friday, or observing this special celebration, whether a New Moon festival, confirmation or baptism or whatever it might be, to draw near to God?… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Are You as Perfect As Jesus Christ?

If you were asked, “Are you as perfect as Jesus Christ?”, what would be your answer? Are you in Christ? Are you in Him? If you say “yes” to that, what would your answer be, according to the word of God? Have you understood the New Covenant of God’s grace? So let us look at some passages of scriptures so we can come to a conclusion. What did God say?

Hebrews 10:14
¹⁴ For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.

Do we believe what God said, or are we like Adam in the garden of Eden, who did not believe what God said. “I know God said to not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, but I say it is good for me.” What happened to Adam? He sinned and he died, just as God had said would happen.

So many times people form doctrines from what they read but out of context of the complete picture of the New Covenant, which Christ Jesus ushered in after His death.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
