Salvation is Life in God Jesus

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P748 (07-01-22)

The Man Without the Spirit Does Not Accept the Things of God

“But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Corinthians 2:14

People thinking that they can lose their salvation don’t have a clue what salvation is. Salvation is eternal life in Christ Jesus. Eternal life, through the Holy Spirit, comes to live in you the very moment you accept Jesus as God in the flesh, who took away all your sins on the cross. He is not counting your sins against you today. Nothing can separate you from His love and His Holy Spirit. For where you go, and whatever you do, the Holy Spirit is right there living in you the whole time. You can not run away from God once He is in you. And when people fail to understand the things of God, failing to realize the Truth of the word of God, then they are not abiding in Truth. People like that are still believing a lie of Satan. They are either most likely still dead, lost, not saved, without the Spirit of God in them, or they are not listing to the Holy Spirit, if the Holy Spirit is in them.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Baptism of the Holy Spirit

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P747 (06-30-22)

Our Bodies Are The Temple of God if The Holy Spirit Lives In You

When a person receives Jesus, God in the flesh, who went to a cross, died for the sins of the whole world (which includes their sins too), and was raised from the dead, they themselves become born again of the Holy Spirit of God and are raised from death to Eternal life at the very moment they place faith in Him. The Holy Spirit comes to live in them, never to forsake them no matter what we do in life. Once we realize that,  and we begin to understand that we are the temple of God and the Holy Spirit dwells within us. He lives in us constantly. How much sense does it make to defile the temple of God? It doesn’t make sense to be doing some of the dumb things we are doing in life.

Listen in as Bob shares truth from the word of God.

1 Corinthians 3:16
16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

Jesus Makes You a Son of God Forever

Classic Christianity – A Closer Look at Your Identity in Christ P48 (06-29-22)

If You Are in Christ Jesus He Has Made You a Son of God Forever

It is so important to understand our identity and the completeness of our identity in Christ Jesus. God makes us a son of God when we receive Him by faith. He will never leave us nor forsake us, nor will he ever not call us a son.

Don’t let Satan put the lie in your head that somehow, by something you do or don’t do, that God is going to disown you. Remember this, if you go into the pigsty, God is right there with you.

Just as a person’s physical growth is based on proper diet and exercise, so is the Christians’s spiritual growth dependent on regular feeding upon the word of God and application of its principles. With more false teaching, shifting opinions and general confusion in the world than ever before, Christians need a solid foundation upon which to base their beliefs and build their lives.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Realize You Are Reconciled and Forgiven By God – Rest in It – Tell God, Thank You!

So many times we fail to understand everything we have been given in Christ Jesus. So many Christians are still babies in Christ Jesus. Even though they may have been a Christian for years, they still have not grown to maturity. Hebrews 6:1 tells us to go on to maturity.

Hebrews 6:1
1 Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God,

In Jesus Let Freedom Reign

Classic Christianity – A Closer Look at Your Identity in Christ P46 (06-27-22)

Christ Jesus Redeemed You in Order to Set You Free

We continue focusing on redemption, freedom and forgiveness. We want to remind our listeners that many times we review a portion of the last program at the beginning of the next.

Galatians 5:1
1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

Believers Are The Church

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P746 (06-24-22)

Born Again Believers Are God’s Church – We Are The Church if You Are in Christ Jesus

We often hear of pastors telling their people to “join” their church, as though you sign on the dotted line when you join a group of people. Anyone teaching saying or even suggesting you need to “join a church” doesn’t have a clue about who the church really is. If any type of church membership is being promoted with the group of people you meet with, then they don’t have a clue about the church either. Consider it a blessing if you’ve been kicked out of a “church” group, and praise the Lord that He set you free. Come to an understanding of you are the church if you are in Christ Jesus. True born again believers all over the earth are already members of His church for ever and ever. No one can ever be kicked out of the body of Christ (the church) because the Holy Spirit will never leave you nor forsake you! Praise Jesus! Thank Him for what He has done for you today.
